- Application for accession to the RBS Terms (if more than one organization connects, then for each organization);
Application for registration of a subject of information exchange (for each connected subject of information exchange);
Request for issuance of an electronic signature verification key certificate (for each connected subject of information exchange);
Important!
The Electronic Signature Verification Key Certificate will be issued by the Bank only after submission of documents in paper form.
Documents are provided in 2 copies and no later than 5 working days from the date of execution of the Application for connection to RBS services. After the specified period, the Bank may request the provision of additional documents.

Receive the Electronic Signature Verification Key Certificate(s) in electronic form and save it on a functional key medium. After this, the connection can be considered complete, you can log in to the “Internet Client” system.

If failures in the system are detected, you must notify the Bank about the problem by calling 8-800-100-0-100 (from 09.00 to 18.00 regional branch time).
