For example, the rules of the Moscow region say that buildings should not go beyond the red lines. That is, for example, a fence (without guard towers) may go beyond the red line, but a bathhouse cannot be built.
My red line, approved by the architecture department, runs 5 meters from the fence inside my area. Another question is that according to the rules and common sense, I should have been allocated a plot of land whose border was the same 5 meters away from the road.
