The second operator told me on January 12, 2020 that the amount of my debt was 5,908 rubles. I asked a completely reasonable question where this amount came from, to which the girl said that she didn’t know, but then I needed to pay 5,613 rubles. They didn’t know why the extra money was being added, the amount changes within 2 minutes. But I asked why 5613 rubles, to which there was simply silence on the phone until I asked this question a third time. After all, I am a bank client and have the right to know why I am charged such amounts. The girl said she didn't know. I asked her to connect me or tell me the number of those who could answer this for me. The response was a nervous hysteria: “What do you want from me? I’ll write you a refusal to pay now!” And my amounts keep jumping from day to day, it’s not clear how they’re calculated, apparently they’re calculated for a sucker. This is despite the fact that with a large amount it was 21 rubles, and with 5000 suddenly it became 10% per day.
