So, for the convenience of electronic interaction between tax authorities and payers, the Personal Account electronic service has been submitted to the main page of the MNS official website in the form of links to the Personal Account of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs and the Personal Account of an Individual located on the portal. nalog.gov.by.
In order to intensify the use of the electronic service “Personal Account of an Individual”, a series of stories about its capabilities has been created in the project “Available on taxes” on ONT TV channel, which are posted on the MNS website and in official social network accounts (links are available on the website’s main page).
Currently, the Ministry of Taxes and Taxes, together with ONT, is shooting for the aforementioned project on the capabilities of all electronic services (their functional purpose and how to use them) provided by the Personal Account of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, which are planned for a weekly release in October-November 2016 . In the future, these videos will be posted on the website of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties (“Personal Account of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs”) and in official accounts of social networks.
The introduction of new forms of servicing payers in the form of the provision of electronic tax services helps to increase accessible, open and timely information, which, in turn, will lead to the creation of favorable conditions for the voluntary fulfillment of tax obligations.

Life in modern society is inextricably linked to information technology. Computers, the Internet, various gadgets quickly entered our lives. Success and competitiveness in the professional sphere and business largely depend on the ability to effectively use information resources and means of information communications.
The level of development of information and communication infrastructure in the field of public administration indicates the level of development of the country as a whole. In the Republic of Belarus, much attention is paid to the development of electronic services of state bodies. The Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 28.12.2009 No. 113-Z “On electronic documents and electronic digital signatures” establishes the legal basis for the use of electronic documents, the conditions for using electronic digital signatures.
The tax service of the Republic of Belarus began providing electronic services in 2009 with the introduction of an electronic declaration system. Since then, the range of electronic services has expanded significantly and became available not only to business entities, but also to individuals.

1. Electronic services MHC. Site

2. Electronic services of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties. Connection

To obtain an identification code and password, you must visit any tax office. Have a passport with you. After receiving the identification code and password for access to the “Personal Account”, the dispatch of notices for the payment of property taxes by mail will be terminated. 3. Electronic services MHC. Reporting
The service most demanded by business entities is the provision of declarations in the form of an electronic document.
Accountants with long experience remember the line to the tax inspector on the 20th of each month. Now it is in the distant past. You don’t have to go or go to the tax office to submit declarations. 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, this can be done remotely via the Internet. Declarations in the form of an electronic document can be submitted using the Payer AWP program or on the portal of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies using the Personal Account service.

The functions of the Payer AWP in providing financial statements are wider than the Personal Account. Additionally, accounting registers and filling out declarations based on them are provided. In addition to declarations, AWS “Payer” allows you to generate and submit in electronic form other financial statements: balance sheet, purchase book, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, report on the use / destruction of excise stamps and others.
4. Electronic services MNS. Submission of statements and notifications
The electronic interaction of the inspection and the payer includes not only the possibility of providing tax and accounting reporting.
What to do if it is necessary to apply for administrative procedures, for example?
Answer. Submission to the tax office of various notifications, statements, including the implementation of administrative procedures, is possible in the form of an electronic document. For this, you can use already known services - either AWP “Payer” or “Personal Account” on the portal of the Ministry of Taxes and Dues. The functionality is available to users with an electronic digital signature. The response to the appeal will also be received in electronic form. Responses to applications for administrative procedures will be sent to the “Personal Account” on the portal, regardless of which service the user sent the application to.
5. Electronic services MHC. Application for documents
Information on arrears, overpayments and interest on a specific date;
Certificate of calculations with the budget for the period;
Extract from personal accounts for the period;

These documents do not contain an electronic digital signature of tax officials. If legally relevant electronic documents are required, they should be obtained using the electronic declaration system.
6. Electronic services of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties. Work with EAEU documents
The following information will be especially useful to business entities engaged in foreign economic transactions with residents of member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter - the EAEU).
To automate the generation of data on the import of goods and the payment of indirect taxes in order to prepare and submit to the tax authorities an application corresponding to the form established by the Ministry of Taxes and Taxes, payers are offered the AWP Payer TS software. You can download it from the MHC website, the “Software” section (http://www.nalog.gov.by/ru/arm-platelschik/). There is also a detailed user manual.
In the “Working with EAEU Documents” portal section, the payer is given the opportunity to clarify at what stage of processing in the system (in what condition) his applications are, as well as applications from the EAEU countries loaded into the MNS database.
