The personal account of the R-Connect service is the client’s personal space in the remote banking system from Raiffeisenbank. In your personal account, you can find out the size of your account balances, as well as information about your other financial transactions: savings on deposits, dates for the next loan repayment, and much more. The system interface is quite visual - it consists of tables, large colorful icons and other elements that help the client find and carry out the banking transaction he needs online. When opening the Raiffeisen Connect personal account page for the first time, the user may find himself on the English version of the site. However, the system interface is also available in Russian. The language switch button is located at the bottom left of the screen.
Despite the fact that Internet banking is directly related to almost the most secret information - information on cash accounts, there are many reasons for its introduction into mass use. The functionality of your Personal Account allows you to perform most of your banking operations without leaving your home, and in addition, you can track your income and expenses, and always be aware of your current account balance. Also, online access allows you to pay utilities, Internet bills and top up your mobile phone.
The user menu is located on the left side of the screen and consists of several categories of services: “Accounts”, “Debit cards”, “Credit cards”, “Deposits”, “Loans” and “Mutual Funds”. Below them you can find offers from Raiffeisenbank for online insurance, which you can pay from your account in your personal account. At the top of your personal account there are buttons for accessing general settings, security settings and SMS notifications, as well as buttons for entering the menu for selecting transaction confirmation methods. If you have any questions about using your personal account, the client can always call the bank’s support service, whose telephone numbers for the client’s region are listed under the insurance section on the left side of the screen.
Functions available to the bank client in the Personal Account
Thanks to access to the Personal Account, a bank client can interact with their accounts without leaving home. It can rightfully be considered a full-fledged banking branch located on a personal computer, phone or tablet. Your personal account provides the following opportunities:
- Through it you can find out the current account balance on all bank cards (if you have several of them), view the history of payments and transfers with detailed information.
- In your Personal Account you can pay for housing and communal services, top up your mobile phone account, and pay for Internet and TV company services.
- In the online format, you can transfer money between your own accounts or make transfers to other people.
- In online banking, of which the Personal Account is a part, you can exchange currency at a more favorable rate than in the branches of the bank itself.
- You can also repay your loan early or make a partial payment in your Personal Account.
And these are not all the opportunities available to bank clients who have access to their Personal Account. You can also provide access to Internet banking to your loved ones - additional card holders. To obtain access, you must fill out a power of attorney at a bank branch.
How to register in your Raiffeisenbank personal account?
You can become a Raiffeisen Connect user at a Raiffeisenbank branch or using an ATM. When contacting the branch, the client will be asked to write an application for registration in R-Connect and choosing a method for obtaining a password (via phone or card reader). After this, the client is given a sealed envelope with an access password, which is valid for 60 days.
The second method is to connect to Internet banking through an ATM. To do this, you need to insert the card into the ATM, enter the PIN code and select the “Internet banking - R-Connect and SMS notifications” tab in the ATM menu. The ATM will ask the client to enter his phone number, to which he will receive a one-time password valid for 24 hours. The login login will be printed on the ATM receipt.
Login to your Raiffeisenbank personal account
To log into the R-Connect system, you need to enter connect.raiffeisen.ru in the address bar of your browser or click the Internet Bank button in the menu of the main page of the official website of Raiffeisenbank raiffeisen.ru. When logging in for the first time, the system asks the client to enter a login, password and authorization code - captcha for additional security. The temporary login and password must be changed after logging into your personal account. The login and password are changed in the “Settings” menu in the system user’s personal account. Once changed, the password will be valid for six months, after which R-Connect will require it to be replaced.
Registration to gain access to your Personal Account
First of all, to register in the system you must have an identification card. To receive it, contact the nearest bank branch; you need to have your passport and tax payer identification code with you. There are several ways to register in the online banking system from Raiffeisen Bank.
- Registration can be done through any ATM of this bank. To do this, just insert the card into the ATM and select the appropriate menu item: Other operations - Internet banking. In a few steps you can register in the system even without outside help. Detailed instructions and tips guide the user through all stages of the process.
- You can also register in the system through the bank’s website using the connection form. To do this you will need your plastic card details.
- You can also register in the system through the mobile application, however, more on that later.
- A convenient registration system is provided through the bank’s call center. For this procedure, you will need to provide the operator with your passport data and give the code word. The code word is written in the agreement with the bank and is one of the methods of identification.
- The registration procedure can be carried out at the nearest bank branch based on your passport data. Often, bank employees immediately after issuing a card offer the new client to register in the online service.
The bank tries to meet customers halfway and simplify the interaction of users with their accounts as much as possible. You can always restore forgotten data through the recovery form on the website by filling out the required fields and confirming your identity as the owner of the account or by calling the bank’s call center, where they will tell you what other methods you can use to restore access.
Authorization in the system
Authorization in your Personal Account follows the standard procedure: login and password information is entered into the login fields. Enter a unique eight-digit code in the login field, and the secret code that you personally specified during registration in the password field. Then just press the “login” button and that’s it. If the login or password field has been filled in with an error three times in a row, the system will ask you to enter an additional security code - a captcha. But, unlike the rules for entering a card PIN code, the number of authorization attempts in your Personal Account has no restrictions. If an error in writing your login or password is detected, the system will give access to your account. If you cannot remember the correct data, follow the link “Forgot your password?” and follow the instructions.
Mobile application for Raiffeisen Bank clients
R-Connect is a mobile application available for iOS and Android devices, which allows you to use all the functions available in your Personal Account. The application is distributed completely free of charge on the App Store and Google Play. This application facilitates communication with the Internet bank and allows you to use services anywhere there is an Internet connection.
The application has a user-friendly interface that is intuitive for users of any level. The Raiffeisen Internet banking system is one of the most modern in the Russian Federation. All operations are performed in a few clicks. A detailed menu and distribution of services into groups (menu sections) speeds up the process of finding the required operation.
Often, companies neglect the development of a mobile application, replacing it with an adaptive version of the site adapted for mobile devices. But, nevertheless, for most users it is more convenient to have an application on their phone, which provides quick access to the Personal Account directly from the desktop of a mobile device and advanced functions compared to the website. Of course, in terms of usability, no responsive website can compare with a well-designed mobile application.
Interaction with clients
In any business, it is very important to have feedback from users. Raiffeisen Bank actively interacts with its clients. All questions can be asked through the feedback form in the application or on the website, sent by email, or directly contacted by the bank’s call center at the phone numbers listed on the website.
By sending a request to the customer service center by email, you can be sure that you will receive a response letter with explanations or clarifications as quickly as possible. All questions are considered as quickly as possible, and none of them remains unanswered. Raiffeisen Bank has one of the most modern telephone support for its clients, where your issue will be dealt with by qualified people who will provide the most detailed information or, if necessary, direct you to the nearest physical branch of the bank.
Security questions
In the case of cooperation with banking institutions, the issue of personal data protection is probably the most pressing. Therefore, before registering in the system and filling out the required fields with personal information, a conditional bilateral agreement is concluded. By signing an agreement with the bank, as well as registering in your Personal Account, you give the bank consent to process your personal data. The bank, in turn, undertakes not to disclose your personal information, as well as the status of accounts and transactions carried out on them.
Internet banking is one of the most convenient and popular types of remote banking services. When connected, the client has the opportunity to carry out most operations without visiting a branch if he has a personal computer or mobile device, as well as an Internet connection.

SMS-OTP (SMS One time password)— a bank service for confirming transactions in Internet banking and mobile banking using one-time codes sent in an SMS message to the registered phone number of the Signatory.
The daily limit for signing documents with an SMS code is 1 million ₽ during the day (Moscow time).
If you have a token, it is possible to certify counterparties, and the daily SMS-OTP limit in favor of such recipients will be increased to 3 million rubles during the day (Moscow time).
Advantages:
There is no fee for connecting and using the service
Does not require installation of additional programs and drivers
Does not depend on the operating system of the computer and mobile phone
Codes are one-time use, valid for a limited period of time and only for a specific operation
How it works:
When signing a document in Internet banking (ELBRUS Internet, RBO) or in mobile banking (ELBRUS Mobile, Raiffeisen Business), a 4-digit code is sent via SMS to the registered phone number, which must be entered in the system. If the code is entered correctly, the document is signed successfully and is available for sending.
How to connect:
To activate the service, you must provide a corresponding application indicating the signatory and mobile phone number (Appendix No. 12 to the Bank-Client System Agreement).
If you have a token, then connection is possible in the ELBRUS Internet system in the section “Services and services” - “Additional services” - “SMS-OTP”. You need to create an application and confirm it with a token.
Restrictions:
You can sign only one document with one SMS code.
To increase the security of the service, each time an attempt is made to sign documents, it is checked whether the SIM card with the registered phone number has changed. If a change of SIM card is detected or it is impossible to verify the immutability of the SIM card, then signing the document with SMS codes is not available.
In international roaming, SMS-OTP may not work, since in this case information about a possible SIM card change may not be available. For security purposes, the SMS code is not generated in the account under such conditions.
Not all cellular operators are suitable for connecting to the service, since not all operators can check for a SIM card change (for example, Motiv, etc.).
The service is activated only for one phone number. That is, the code is sent to only one recipient.
What to do if the SIM card has changed:
If your SIM card has changed, the service must be reconnected (see How to connect).
Moreover, if you have changed your SIM card without changing your phone number, you can reconnect the service by contacting the Bank Information Center 8 800 700-4646 (subject to successful identification)
