DDU provides for the obligation of the participant in shared construction to pay the costs associated with the maintenance of the apartment (utility payments and operating costs) for the period from the moment of obtaining permission to put the residential building into operation until the moment of signing the act of acceptance and transfer of the apartment in the amount of invoices issued to the Developer by operating organizations, in proportion to the total area of the apartment.
