The complex is being built on the site of a former field. On the western side, it is approached by a vast forest area, which is part of the Butovo forestry. A small regular park will become a transition zone from the territory of the complex to the forest park.

Possibly, the ecology of Vidnoye is not ideal, but all enterprises are located in the most remote part of the city from the complex. Direct proximity to a vast forest area is a big plus. Some vanity can only be brought about by the future expansion of the Rastorguevskoye Highway.

However, both the living room and the kitchen are supposed to have standard areas - 16 and 8 square meters. m, so you may not want to combine them.
The 79-meter fours look interesting, having a view to three cardinal points and having two bathrooms. The peculiarity of the living room is the presence of a window and a loggia facing different sides. If you combine the living room with the kitchen, you get a large 24-meter space with three sources of natural light.

Among apartments of rare formats, you can choose the option with French windows or with a window in the bathroom.
In an eco-loft, housing on the upper floors with ceilings 3.6 m high, you can equip a mezzanine by placing an office or a playroom there. This may be relevant for organizing additional space in a 30-meter odnushka, with a 14-meter room and an 8-meter kitchen, or for a 61-meter three-room apartment with a modest bedroom size (9 and 10 sq. M).

In a four-room ecoloft with an area of 80.3 sq. m ceiling height gives even more room for imagination. An additional feature of this apartment is the presence of a balcony or loggia in each of the rooms and in the kitchen.

III. Infrastructure
In September 2019, a municipal school for 280 students with an outdoor stadium will open in the green zone of the residential complex. In 2018, a kindergarten for 200 children will open. An additional preschool institution for 80 children will be located in one of the buildings closer to the end of construction.
Since there are a number of other LCDs within walking distance with their own kindergartens and schools, there is no potential risk of overcrowding in institutions. By 2019, an adult and children's polyclinic will open in one of the buildings. By the end of construction, they promise to build a recreational complex with a swimming pool.
Most of the shops and services will be located in the local shopping center. There will also be cafes and restaurants, a beauty salon, a bakery and confectionery, dentistry, bank branches. A small number of commercial facilities will also appear on the first floors of individual buildings.
The situation with the external infrastructure is determined in part by the location of the complex in the neighborhood of other residential complexes. For example, in a neighboring complex, it is planned to build a retail and office business center "Vidnoye City" with a cinema and conference rooms, as well as a medical center "European Standard of Health" with a clinic designed for 600 visits per shift.
The nearest municipal school No. 6 of the city of Vidnoye is located just 400 meters from the residential complex. At a distance of a kilometer from the residential complex there is a private boarding school "Lyceum Perspektiva" and a private kindergarten "Gulliver", and further away there are private "Russian School" and the school "Constellation" with a preschool department.
Those who are interested in advanced budgetary institutions can take their children to the Vidnovskaya gymnasium and progymnasium or school No. 5 with in-depth study of individual subjects. There are good schools in Butovo, which can be reached by car or bus.
Within walking distance from the residential complex there are a number of grocery stores, including the network "Dixie" and "Pyaterochka". The nearest large retail outlets are located either in Vidnoe or Butovo.

Editorial opinion. The internal infrastructure of the complex is impressive, the only thing is that the first settlers will have to wait a bit. Almost all external infrastructure is either within walking distance or within the reach of public transport, which not all residential complexes near Moscow can boast of.

But here are multi-storey standard houses (there will be 50 in total) of two panel series with standard apartments.
Unlike the "Prominent" city, there are no four-room apartments here, but there are studios. Slicing within the 1-3 room ruler is slightly larger, but slightly. Prices in some cases are slightly higher than in Vidny Gorod - one-room apartments start from 2.4 million rubles, 2-room apartments from 3.2 million rubles, 3-room apartments from 4.2 million rubles.
It makes no sense to compare it with another neighbor of the Sukhanovo Park residential complex, since this is a multi-format business class complex that has already been put into operation. The same can be said about the Rastorguevo Village residential complex, a business-class apartment complex that has already changed its developer and has been in the status of long-term construction for a long time.
Mortgages are impressive. The rate of 8.4-8.9% is the lowest of all existing ones at the moment.

You can use the services of shopping centers in Vidnoye, which should be reached in 20 minutes by car. The city has branches of universities, sports centers with swimming pools, 9 schools, kindergartens.
The new building is 6 kilometers away from the Moscow Ring Road. Rastorguevskoe highway passes nearby, providing access to the Warsaw and Simferopol highways. A bus stop is within walking distance, from where you can get to the metro stations "Domodedovskaya" and "Tekstilshchiki" by public transport.
My new task from the editors of the site was the LCD "Prominent City". This is a large-scale project that Urban Group is building 6 km from the Moscow Ring Road along Varshavskoye Highway, in the town of Vidnoye, next to the Sukhanovo estate. The new building will include 17 quarters or 31 buildings for 6,000 apartments. Here you can buy both unusual apartments (cityhouse, high-flats, eco-lofts) and traditional ones. Intrigued, I went to check the LCD.
A multifunctional sports center with a swimming pool, a tennis court, an outdoor skating rink, and a work out area will be built in the residential complex "Vidny Gorod". 2,000 parking spaces have been designed in the underground parking and another thousand spaces in guest parking lots, which, in my opinion, is not enough for 6,000 apartments.
The project will also include a variety of shops (including a pet store, a farmer's shop), several cafes and restaurants. Without leaving the city, it will be possible to visit a beauty salon, an insurance company, a bank branch or a travel company. The highlight of the project is a regular park in the likeness of Versailles or Fontainebleau, a walking terrace.
On the first floors of residential buildings of the first stage of construction, public premises are designed. For example, in house No. 7 there are 6 of them. That is, most likely, essential items (food or medicine) on the territory of the residential complex can be bought from the first days of life.
Across the road from the residential complex "Vidny Gorod" the residential complex "Gosudarev's House" is being built, they also promise various infrastructure there. When asked by the manager whether the residents of Vidny Gorod could send their children there while waiting for “their” kindergartens and schools, he said that it was unlikely. The Gosudarev Dom residential complex is also a big project, and it is unlikely that the infrastructure there will be unclaimed by residents, so the manager immediately advised me to think about kindergartens and a school in Butovo.
Infrastructure - 7 out of 10 points
If the developer's grandiose plans come true, then the residents of the complex will not have to leave their "city". True, the new settlers of the first stage will have to make do with the surrounding infrastructure (in Rastorguevo or Butovo). Also minus a point for a small number of parking spaces in the covered parking.
Ecology
On the one hand, the residential complex borders on a large forest area, on the other hand, on several gardening associations. The construction site and its surroundings can be viewed in a 3D tour on the site of the complex, where the location is clearly visible.
The only source of noise and smog in this area is the Rastorguevskoe highway, but it is relatively small and therefore not very busy: even at 9 o'clock on a weekday there are no serious traffic jams. The map did not show me any landfills or cemeteries nearby.
As for the power line that runs along the site, sales managers answer that this is not a high-voltage line that supplies electricity from region to region, but a small line owned by a private company in Lopatino, and electricity does not flow through it constantly, but literally 2 times 3 per month.
Who is building?
As I already mentioned, the developer of the project is Urban Group. Her new buildings have already come under the radar of the Mystery Shopper. So, in the spring, the Opalikha O3 residential complex was checked, where I wrote in detail about the developer's reputation.
At present, the situation has not changed much. The company has several completed projects: the Opalikha O2 residential complex, the City of Embankments residential complex, the Novoskhodnensky residential complex. There were no delays in construction at these facilities.
At the same time, the company is engaged in the construction of several more large projects: LCD "Solar System", "Opalikha O3", "Mitino O2". Those who bought apartments in these residential complexes do not have many complaints, the most serious are about flooded storage rooms in the City of Embankments residential complex. It cannot be said that these complaints are widespread, but when “buying” an apartment in the Opalikha O3 residential complex, the manager admitted in a conversation with me that there was a problem.

Earlier I said that the apartments in the complex are very different - from studios to four-room apartments. And planning solutions for six thousand apartments are generally provided for about fifty. It is noteworthy that apartments of different configurations are not scattered across different buildings, but on the contrary, they are clearly grouped. One category provides that people will make repairs themselves in their apartment, and the other - that they will come to everything ready. There will not even be a normal front door, only a temporary wooden one. So the improvement will completely fall on the shoulders of the buyer - he will be able to independently carry out the layout in his apartment and make repairs in it. And for those who do not want to do all this, of course, there are ready-made options with finishing.
The entrance groups were not yet ready at the time of the shooting, so it's too early to talk about them. It is known, however, that they will differ slightly in each house. And the common features are a beautiful appearance, as well as a through passage. The fact that the developer is attentive to its customers is evidenced by the fact that there are special places in the entrances for washing the paws of dogs that have returned from a walk.
The word "city" in the name of the residential complex is not accidental - the project is being implemented according to the concept of "a city within a city". He, for example, will have his own boiler room. But, mainly, infrastructure makes it a city. A school and two kindergartens will appear on the territory - separate and built into a residential building. The first for 1100 children, the second for 200 and 80 children, respectively. All educational institutions are municipal, and this means that you will not have to pay large sums for them. The kindergarten will start working next year in 2018, and the school – in another year.
You will recognize the center of the entire "Vidny Gorod" by a large shopping complex - well, only if you see it, because they are going to place it underground. On the first floors of almost all houses, various commercial premises will open - shops, bakeries, cafes, spa-salons, beauty salons, fitness clubs. Yards, of course, will be closed and landscaped, but there will be no space for cars in them. Instead, they will equip large underground parking lots, for a total of about 1,500 cars. The so-called guest parking will be located on the outside of each house.
And, finally, I’ll tell separately about the regular parks with which the developer is going to ennoble the territory of the Prominent City. This is a geometrically correct, symmetrical park or garden with straight alleys, clearly defined reservoirs, well-groomed flower beds and trees. Together with them, the "Prominent City" will no longer resemble St. Petersburg, but Peterhof or even Versailles.

About the area
The city of Vidnoye has been leading its history since 1651. It was then that the hunter Athanasius Zabolotsky became the owner of two villages on the Kashirskaya road. Unfortunately, residents of the residential complex "Vidny Gorod" will not be able to fully appreciate the amenities of the city of Vidnoye. The fact is that the residential complex is not even on its outskirts, but on the outskirts. Closer, it seems, to the forest - after all, it is only a minute on foot. But the nearest, let's say, centers of civilization with catering and shops are about a five-minute drive away - this is the Butovo-Park microdistrict and the area around the Rastorguevo railway platform.
Ecology
Such an arrangement, of course, has a good effect on the environment. The neighboring forest, namely the Butovsky forest park, is a conservation area, besides it there are a lot of private houses and garden associations around. In addition to them, at a distance of less than two kilometers from the residential complex there are three reservoirs at once - the Rastorguevsky and Sukhanovsky ponds, as well as the Spasskoye reservoir. MKAD - ten minutes by car, the neighboring Rastorguevskoe highway is called the word "highway" with a very big stretch, so the only environmental irritant so far is the power lines standing right on the territory. There is talk that they need to be removed, but there is no certainty in this matter.
Educational institutions
Educational institutions within walking distance can be counted on the fingers of one hand. School number 6 - time. Special Correctional Primary School / Kindergarten No. 737 - two. Kindergarten "Karapuzy" - three. Kindergarten "Sunny Way" - four. And the kindergarten "Country of Discoveries" - five.
Health care institutions
There are no healthcare facilities within walking distance. The nearest ones are the Vidnovskaya district hospital, the Drozhzhinsky outpatient clinic and a branch of the Consultative and Diagnostic Polyclinic No. 121.
Transport accessibility
The transport situation is also not the most attractive yet - however, by the time the first buildings are put into operation, it will be possible to hope for its improvement. So far, the best way to get to Vidnoye Gorod is a branded free bus. In general, minibuses run from the metro stations "Annino" and "Dmitry Donskoy Boulevard" and the railway stations "Butovo" and "Rastorguevo". When the settlement begins in the residential complex, the number of transport going in this direction is promised to be increased.
Rastorguevskoe Highway connects the residential complex with two major transport arteries - Simferopolskoye Highway and the M-4 (Don) toll highway, through which you can get to the Moscow Ring Road in 10 minutes (about 8 km.). The distance from Vidny Gorod to the TTK is 22 km. and about half an hour on the road without traffic jams.

The developer of Vidny Gorod is Urban Group. She has been working for about ten years and during this time she managed to prove herself well. This is confirmed not only by membership in the Association of Developers of the Moscow Region and not only by constant and strong cooperation with Sberbank. The main thing is, of course, the Urban Group projects themselves: City of Embankments, Mitino O2, Solar System. The largest of the projects implemented by the company is another city within the city, the Laikovo residential complex.
Among the reviews about the company, sometimes there are also negative ones - they talked about some shortcomings after the commissioning, and several buildings in the "City of Embankments" were flooded at all (although this is logical, given the name of the complex). But, unfortunately, all developers have problems, but not all of them have such a reverent and attentive attitude towards the client as Urban Group has. According to the representatives of the developer, they are trying to create business-class quality objects at comfort prices. And they seem to be succeeding.
Summing up
The Urban Group project, inspired by the architecture of St. Petersburg, by definition, could not fail to please me. Well, the beauty and variety of options for houses and apartments cannot but bribe in this project. The main disadvantage for me was that the "Prominent City" is not yet visible! The plans are grandiose, but at the moment too little has been realized for the residential complex to be truly admired. It remains only to wait and hope - but there is some inner feeling that the Urban Group will not let you down.
