Soon I had to turn to Sberbank for a “credit vacation” under loan agreement No. XXX for THREE months due to loss of work, provision of all documents, including a work book (I’ve been a client of Sberbank since 2001 and never had problems) . A week later, an SMS from Sberbank came: "Your application has been accepted, consideration is required within THREE months. We ask you to understand and enter our situation." Now the question is backfill; what position? And how can a request for a three-month “credit vacation” be considered for the same three months? Answer: in three months I do not need Sberbank holidays! And trust and respect for Sberbank completely repels! The next day, an employee of the bank also phoned and informed that the failure in the program had been fixed, that she would make a request for a new one, and I needed to come up the next day and complete everything. At the appointed time, I again turned to the Sberbank branch (the employee is still the same). Again, almost two hours of processing (not counting the waiting time in the queue), which documents where to upload, where and what amounts to write for a Sberbank employee were again a mystery, and the result was that the application was rejected immediately without consideration (credit history and income are good, late payments and other debts not). 5. How and what kind of refinancing I took out for so long an employee of Sberbank will remain a mystery. My opinion is that it’s not worth wasting time on processing refinancing of consumer loans at the Savings Bank –– they will deceive you with an interest rate, and it’s not clear what they will try to apply for, and the employees are not experienced, and spend a lot of time.
