It turned out who took the money collected by viewers for the treatment of Zhanna Friske. Rusfond disclosed the details of the contract with Zhanna Friske What happened to the fund's money for Zhanna
But the series of scandalous news in which the name of the late Zhanna Friske appears does not end. For two years now, the media have been discussing news about the litigation of the artist's family with her lover Dmitry Shepelev for the right to meet with the singer's only son. The scandal related to the investigation of the loss of more than 20 million rubles from Friske's account lasts the same amount.
Just a month ago, the Moscow City Court considered an appeal against the decision of the Perovsky District Court in the Rusfond case. Recall that on May 19, the district court decided to fully satisfy the claim for the return of 21.6 million rubles to the fund. The singer's relatives, in order not to pay their part of the amount, had to provide documents proving that the money went specifically for treatment. But so far they have not presented them, but filed a new lawsuit in court!
There were no representatives of Shepelev in court. But Friske's side submitted a new petition. And a counterclaim about the invalidity of the agreement with Rusfond. But the judicial board did not accept the petition to invalidate the contract, but acted much tougher: the bailiffs seized the accounts of Jeanne's parents.
At the next hearing, Zhanna's parents demand to invite all the necessary witnesses (friends, driver, Zhanna's acquaintances) to the court, as well as check all correspondence, SMS and calls of their daughter. It is worth recalling that the family lost all the courts. Zhanna's relatives must return 21.6 million rubles to Rusfond, since they could not provide confirmation that the money was spent on the singer's treatment. This was the essence of the long litigation, writes "Komsomolskaya Pravda".
Jeanne's parents believe that the daughter did not sign any contract, and in this way they just want to brand them. Now, additional testimony will be needed from Zhanna's driver and her friend, singer Olga Orlova, who may know where Zhanna was on October 19, 2014, when the contract was concluded. Everything will be figured out, down to the smallest detail. To rummage through the past, which, with a light suggestion from dad and mom, will apparently never stop digging.
Zhanna's fans are literally shocked by such news. They doubt the adequacy of the singer's parents and consider such actions a direct insult to her name. What do you think? Share your opinion in the comments.
The court session on this, as you understand, is not over, to be continued.
Two weeks before the death of the singer, the funds were withdrawn from bank accounts and cashed by her mother Olga Friske. This became known at the trial on the suit of Rusfond, which requires relatives to return 21.6 million rubles.

Money, collected by viewers Channel One for the treatment of cancer-sick singer Zhanna Friske, two weeks before her death, were withdrawn from bank accounts and cashed by her mother Olga Friske. This became known at a meeting of the Perovsky Court of Moscow, which is considering the claim of Rusfond to recover 21.6 million rubles from the artist's relatives. The court decided to summon the woman to the trial for questioning.
As the lawyer representing the interests of the common-law husband of the singer Dmitry Shepelev stated at the court session, as a result of an audit "carried out by authorized bodies", it was found that the viewers' money was transferred to three deposit accounts in Rosbank: ruble, dollar and euro. “The money in the current and deposit accounts was used to pay for the treatment of the singer. At the same time, funds on accounts in dollars and euros were not used, the lawyer said. “However, two weeks before the death of Zhanna Friske, the unspent part of the charitable assistance was cashed by proxy by the mother of the singer, Olga Vladimirovna Friske.” As the lawyer added, this also follows from the decision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to refuse to initiate a criminal case, which Rusfond demanded to start on the fact of embezzlement of funds by unidentified persons.
Similar information was reported by Rosbank, in which the court had previously requested information on the cash flow on Zhanna Friske's accounts. “Thus, there are reasonable grounds to believe that at present the unspent part of the charitable assistance is in the possession of Olga Friske,” Dmitry Shepelev’s representative said.
The lawyer petitioned to summon the singer's mother to court. “Today, we have two questions for her: where is the unspent part of the charitable assistance, and does Olga Vladimirovna want to return the money to Rusfond. This is where our court hearings may end if the money is returned by Olga Vladimirovna, ”said the lawyer.
Rusfond asks the court to recover from the relatives of the former soloist of the group "Brilliant" Zhanna Friske 21.6 million rubles collected by viewers of Channel One for the treatment of the singer. The defendants in the lawsuit are the parents of the actress Vladimir and Olga, who died of cancer in June 2015, as well as her four-year-old son Platon, represented by his legal representative, TV presenter Dmitry Shepelev. At the same time, the relationship between the singer's former common-law husband and her parents remains quite tense due to claims to raise a boy whom Zhanna's parents wanted to raise. However, the court recognized Shepelev as a guardian.
In its lawsuit, Rusfond claims that it transferred more than 25 million rubles to Zhanna Friske's account. After the death of the singer, her relatives provided a report on spending only 4.12 million rubles to pay medical services. They refused to produce documents on spending the remaining amount for similar purposes. It is worth noting that none of the artist's relatives go to the process: their interests are represented by professional lawyers.
The singer's family does not recognize the claim. However, so far, the lawyers of the relatives have not yet informed the court about the fate of most of the money, which was noticed by the lawyer of Rusfond on April 21 in the process.
In turn, the lawyer representing the interests of the singer's father, Vladimir Friske, said that the defendants had finally prepared objections to the lawsuit. They claim that all the money was spent on treatment. “Since the plaintiff went to court 18 months after the death of Zhanna Friske, we, in order to protect her good name we are trying to collect documents stating that the money was spent on intended purpose', said the lawyer.
The lawyer noted that the artist was treated abroad, in Germany and Israel, and therefore it is not so easy to obtain documents. Lawyers are currently collecting evidence there. Judge Sergey Savostyanov offered the defendant to assist in this - to send him to foreign medical institutions relevant requests. However, the lawyer refused the help of the court and asked for three weeks to complete the procedure for collecting documents. The representative of the defendant added that Zhanna Friske was capable, she signed the documents herself, but she had an accountant who was involved in transferring money abroad for treatment. True, now she is not on the territory of Russia, the lawyer specified.
This moment interested the judge Sergei Sovostyanov, who decided to call the singer's accountant to court, placing on the defendant the duty to ensure her appearance. He also granted the request of Dmitry Shepelev's representative to be summoned to court for questioning Olga Friske. Having given the defendant's relatives additional time to collect evidence, the court adjourned the trial to May 19.
Earlier, the court conducted an examination to assess the value of the property inherited by Zhanna Friske's parents and child. On Friday, at the meeting, it was said that, according to the notary Stryukov, the unspent part of the charitable assistance was not included in the estate.

An article about the Friske case has been edited on the website of the Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper
Today on the site of the newspaper "Komsomolskaya Pravda" edits were made to the article by Anna Veligzhanina. The title is now: “Rusfond denied the possibility of a settlement agreement with the Friske family”. Even this morning, the article was called: “The family of Zhanna Friske and Rusfond are going to make peace?” The corrected text takes into account the position of Rusfond: “The other day, a KP source said that it seems that a settlement agreement is being prepared between the Friske family and a charitable organization in order to write off the debt in the amount of 21 million rubles. However, representatives of Rusfond categorically denied this information, calling it unreliable, and on their official website they posted a message stating: "No one from the side of the defendants (the Friske family or their representatives) applied to Rusfond or its representatives (lawyers) with a proposal conclude a settlement agreement.
“We will not discuss the conditions under which the amount of debt can be reduced, since this money will be used to treat seriously ill children who urgently need help,” Rusfond emphasizes.

STATEMENT
OF THE RUSSIAN AID FUND (RUSFOND)
In recent days, at the suggestion of the site Super.ru, the existence of which we learned in connection with its false publication about the alleged assistance offered by Rusfond to opera singer Dmitry Hvorostovsky, a new campaign has been launched to discredit Rusfond, one of the largest charitable foundations in the country, and through it all Russian philanthropy. Unfortunately, some other media have joined the provocative campaign and the deputies of the State Duma have been drawn into it. In particular, the department of culture of the editorial office of the Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper invites Rusfond to clarify to its readers what money it is building Vacation home Zhanna Friske's father: “Isn't it for charitable donations from viewers?” And the Ren TV channel invites Rusfond to comment on television on the appeal of the deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vadim Solovyov to the Prosecutor General of Russia Yuri Chaika with a request for "a comprehensive verification of these facts using prosecutorial response measures." At the same time, for some reason, the TV channel did not consider it necessary to at least acquaint Rusfond with the "indicated facts" of the deputy's request.
Rusfond does not consider it possible for itself to take part in such actions, it has not participated in them and will not participate.
The crux of the matter is as follows. In January last year, our partner Channel One asked for Rusfond's bank account for a television campaign to collect charitable donations for the treatment of seriously ill singer Zhanna Friske. As is known, commercial organizations not entitled to collect charitable donations, and charitable foundations exempted from income and value added taxes. Rusfond went forward and acted in this TV action as financial mechanism. As a result, in January-March 2014, hundreds of thousands of Zhanna Friske fans sent 1,141,884 SMS messages to the short number 5541 with the word ZHANNA and bank transfers total amount of 69,267,787 rubles. Of this money, at the request of the singer, 32,619,851 rubles. was transferred to treatment nine children with cancer from among the waiting list of Rusfond.
Until October 2014, invoices from clinics and drug suppliers for Jeanne were paid for total amount RUB 11,636,146 On October 19, 2014, Rusfond entered into an agreement with the singer to finance her further treatment: in accordance with the law: Russian charitable foundations are not entitled to keep targeted donations in their bank account for more than a year, they should be spent for their intended purpose or returned to philanthropists. Under the agreement, the fund transferred the entire remaining amount of 25,011,790 rubles. to Zhanna's personal bank account, and she undertook to provide us with reports on spending.
Rusfond posted all this information on the website in a timely manner, and anyone could get acquainted with it.
Until June 15, 2015, Rusfond received several reports from Zhanna's relatives for a total of 4,120,959 rubles. And on June 15 Zhanna Friske died.
In accordance with Russian legislation future heirs enter into inheritance rights six months after the death of the bank account holder. Rusfond knows three future heirs of Jeanne. This is the son of Plato (his father Dmitry Shepelev is the representative), Zhanna's parents are Vladimir Friske and Olga Kopylova. They were notified of the need to report to Rusfond on medical expenses from the remaining 20,890,831 rubles. Upon the expiration of the inheritance period, that is, December 16, 2015, Rusfond, in accordance with the law, will request from the heirs data on the state of the account of the late singer.
