Just a month ago, the Moscow City Court considered an appeal against the decision of the Perovsky District Court in the Rusfond case. The lawyer noted that the artist was treated abroad, in Germany and Israel, and therefore it is not so easy to obtain documents. Lawyers are currently collecting evidence there. Judge Sergey Savostyanov offered the defendant to assist in this - to send him to foreign medical institutions relevant requests. In January last year, our partner Channel One asked for Rusfond's bank account for a television campaign to collect charitable donations for the treatment of seriously ill singer Zhanna Friske.
