Rusfond decided the fate of Zhanna Friske's money. It turned out who took the money collected by viewers for the treatment of Zhanna Friske Where is the Rusfond money
21 million! On them, you can do a bunch of operations and save the lives of sick children, three or five, or even more - in social networks discuss Life's investigation about the fate of the money raised by the whole country for the treatment of the people's favorite Zhanna Friske. Fans do not understand why the singer's mother withdrew all the money from the accounts two weeks before her death and transferred it to another bank. There they burned down. bankruptcy.
The singer's father, Vladimir Friske, pretends not to have even heard of the investigation. News and questions about the fate of 21 million rubles are clearly unpleasant for him.
- Rusfond's money was not stolen, we did not steal it, it was all spent on treatment. I have all the documents for these 20 million, but I'm not going to show them to anyone, - Zhanna Friske's father explodes.
Should he not know the provisions of the agreement, which in the fall of 2014 the already seriously ill Zhanna signed with the Rusfond charity organization. The document not only gave the singer and her legal representatives the right to receive and dispose of tens of millions of rubles collected by fans, but also imposed fair obligations on them. Including reporting for what was spent and returning unspent money to Rusfond - after all, this money could save someone else's life.
The agreement that Life got acquainted with was concluded between Zhanna Friske and Rusfond on October 19, 2014 in Moscow. By this time, the people's favorite had been ill for more than a year and she needed expensive treatment and rehabilitation.
"For financial assistance and payment for high-tech treatment," the main clause of the agreement says. Zhanna and Rusfond decided that charitable assistance would be provided in cash, and the payment itself would be a lump sum.The Foundation undertook to launch an information campaign in the press and on the Internet, collect donations from caring citizens and companies and transfer them to the accounts of Zhanna or her official representative. The agreement stated that the fund determined the amount of assistance.
"Rusfond" reserved the right to refuse charitable assistance to Zhanna Friske and terminate the contract if she violates its provisions. In this case, Rusfond could spend all the money collected for the singer on other projects. The same option was assumed in the event of Zhanna's refusal of treatment or her death. "Rusfond" could reduce the amount of assistance if Zhanna or representatives found funding from other sources.
One of the clauses of the agreement was devoted to the case if Jeanne could not use the money already received in her bank account. "In circumstances that prevent the use of charitable assistance, it is necessary to notify the fund within seven calendar days and return the funds on demand," the agreement said.
Zhanna, in turn, undertook to prove that she really needed help. She also had to notify Rusfond about seeking help from other commercial and non-profit organizations and the media. If she managed to get help there, then within three days she had to notify Rusfond about this. The main clause of the agreement said that after receiving the money to the account of Zhanna or her representatives, originals and copies of expense documents.
Jeanne was left the right to refuse charitable assistance in writing, and also ask Rusfond to spend it on other needs. The contract was concluded for one year.
Money for Zhanna Friske at "Rusfond" was: only on the charity marathon on Channel One in January 2014, the organizers collected 69.2 million rubles for the singer's treatment. Some of them went to pay for foreign medicines and vaccines, she herself asked to transfer the other part of the money for treatment.nine children with cancer.
Nineteen days after the signing of the agreement, on October 28, Rusfond transferred 25 million rubles to Zhanna's personal bank account in Rosbank. This was the first and only money on the account, which was opened in rubles, dollars and euros back in December 2013. At the same time, Jeanne issued a power of attorney for 3 years from the capital's notary Leonid Stryukov for all operations on these accounts to her mother, 64-year-old Olga Friske. From that moment until the death of the singer, only she could give orders to the bank for operations.
After another 10 days, they were divided by currency: almost 5 million rubles were transferred to ruble deposit, and two more payments of 10 million rubles each were converted into foreign currency. On the dollar deposit$215,000 was credited to Rosbank, and $173,600 to the euro one. Spending and movement of money was only on the ruble account, and the currency lay on deposits at interest.
In May 2015, about 1.4 million rubles remained on the singer's ruble account in Rosbank. As for foreign currency accounts, since November 2014, the euro account has grown to 174.1 thousand (apparently due to interest), while the dollar account, on the contrary, has decreased - to $176 thousand.
Two weeks before the singer's death (June 1, 2015), when she was already in critical condition and fell into a coma, all the singer's accounts were devastated. This operation was carried out by proxy by Zhanna Friske's mother Olga. Thus, it was she who received a total of more than 20 million rubles. "Rusfond" did not know anything about this - at least the day after the death of the singer, its representatives assured that Zhanna's accounts still had 20 million rubles.
The singer's parents shrug their shoulders and say that this money, along with family savings, was spent on the treatment of their daughter, but they are in no hurry to show the documents on expenses. "The 20 million withdrawn from the account two weeks before Zhanna's death are my personal savings and daughters," Vladimir Friske now says.
He suggests asking the common-law husband of the deceased daughter, Dmitry Shepelev, about Rusfond's money. Allegedly, he was wiser with the transfer of money to the United States. The widower, in turn, accuses Jeanne's parents of fraud.
Rusfond was tired of waiting and in January 2016 sent a statement to the Investigative Committee asking them to look into the fate of the missing money. The investigators replied that this was not their competence, and redirected the appeal to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Now the police are thinking about what to do with all this.
According to Life, more than 20 million rubles from Zhanna Friske's accounts were transferred to Tusarbank, where they soon formally burned down. On September 18, 2015, the bank's license was revoked, and on November 25 Court of Arbitration Moscow, at the suit of the Central Bank, declared Tusar bankrupt.
Relatives of the artist continue to reject claims against them. On Thursday, the Moscow City Court considered the complaint of Vladimir Borisovich and Olga Vladimirovna. Relatives of Zhanna Friske insist that her contract with a charitable organization may be invalid.

Today, the Moscow City Court considered the appeal of the parents of Zhanna Friske against the decision on the claim of Rusfond to return the amount of 21.6 million rubles. Vladimir Borisovich and Olga Vladimirovna reject the claims of misappropriation of funds and demand that this decision be cancelled. Previously, the singer's relatives did not provide documents indicating that the money was spent on her treatment.
Representatives of the civil husband of the artist Dmitry Shepelev were not present at the meeting. Lawyers for Zhanna Friske's relatives insisted on the need for an examination of the authenticity of her signature. In addition, they filed a claim for the invalidity of the agreement with the charitable organization.
“Representatives of Rusfond claim that Zhanna signed an agreement with them supposedly in October 2014, but even then she did not see anything and felt very bad. They provided the court with a power of attorney signed by their daughter. We gave this document for examination, during which it turned out that the signature was fake!” – said Vladimir Friske “StarHit”.
Relatives of the famous singer demand to interrogate witnesses - the chairman of Rusfond, Lev Ambinder and other representatives of the organization, as well as employees of the bank where the contract was concluded. In addition, they consider it necessary to bill the artist's phone and analyze her messages. Vladimir Borisovich and Olga Vladimirovna declare that it is necessary to establish where their daughter was on October 19, 2014 - the day the agreement was signed.
However, today the appeals of Zhanna Friske's parents were rejected. Thus, the previous decision of the Perovsky Court of May 19 to recover from her relatives, including from little Plato, millions collected by TV viewers and Rusfond, has entered into force.
Earlier, Dmitry Shepelev, the official representative of the artist's heir, said he did not agree with the decision of the Perovsky court. According to the man, he did not film cash from the accounts of Zhanna Friske, since he did not have access to them. The host expressed his joy that he was not found guilty of misappropriation of funds collected for the treatment of his common-law wife. At the same time, Dmitry, being the parent of little Plato, was dissatisfied with the decision to recover millions from the child.
“I understand how important this case is for the charitable movement in Russia and I am glad that the reputation charitable foundation Rusfond has been restored. But as a father, I am indignant. (...) I will continue to fight for the only thing that is important for me in this situation - the well-being and peace of my son, and, of course, I will appeal this court decision, ”said the TV presenter.

Why Zhanna Friske's parents are wrong. A very unpleasant story that stains Jeanne's memory. Let's figure it out.
On October 19, 2014, a donation agreement was concluded between Rusfond and Zhanna Friske. Under this agreement, Rusfond transferred more than 25 million rubles to Zhanna's account, donated by viewers for her treatment. The agreement provided for the right and obligation of Rusfond to demand a report on the expenditure of these funds or their full return.
The contract concluded with Zhanna Friske provided for the targeted spending of funds and obliged to provide a report on the costs of treatment, as well as the return of the unspent amount. "According to the documents provided to Rusfond, only a small part of total amount 25 million rubles. Our attempts to determine the exact amounts spent on treatment were not successful.
a report on spending only 4.12 million rubles was submitted to Rusfond.
Yesterday, the second meeting of the Perovsky Court took place on the suit of Rusfond against the heirs of the singer. The judge pointed out that the subject of the dispute is only the money that was transferred to the singer's accounts as charitable assistance to viewers. And which the singer's family was obliged to return after her death. Namely, 21.633.214 rubles.
Everything seems to be simple, spent - show the documents. If you remain, return it to Rusfond, this money will be used to treat sick children.
I can only say about Rusfond that very decent people work there, who perceive the pain of each child as their own.
The word "Rusfond":
During the action to help Zhanna Friske, 69,267,787 rubles were collected. Rusfond transferred 11,636,146 rubles to the American clinic where the singer was treated at the beginning of the year:
January 29 - 4,710,811 rubles,
February 27 - 1,732,765 rubles,
March 19 - 5,192,570 rubles.
At the request of Zhanna, another 32,619,851 rubles. Rusfond sent nine children with cancer to pay for the treatment.
On October 28, in accordance with the agreement between Rusfond and Zhanna Friske, the remaining 25,011,790 rubles were transferred to her personal bank account to continue treatment. According to the agreement, reports on spending from this amount will be transferred to Rusfond. And we will keep you updated.
11.11.2014
“We are obliged to go to court by the goals and principles of work, which Rusfond has been strictly following for 20 years. in order to provide high-tech medical care. The most important standard of Rusfond is strict reporting on accepted and used donations. Strict accounting of donations makes it possible to provide assistance to the maximum number of those in need: money collected in excess of the required amount for the treatment of one patient is immediately sent to another person on the waiting list, of which Rusfond must inform the benefactors.
Rusfond strictly followed these principles when raising money for Zhanna's treatment: 30 million rubles out of 68 million rubles (46%) collected in January 2014 with the help of Channel One were immediately directed to the treatment of eight children. Jeanne then publicly thanked everyone for their help and talked about her desire to help needy children.
We deeply mourn the death of Jeanne. Going to court in the current situation is an exceptionally forced measure, but necessary in order to find out the fate of donations that have remained unspent, if possible, return them and send them to the treatment of seriously ill children.
Let me tell you about my experience.
In 2013, I helped Rusfond raise money for treatment, and together we raised the necessary amount of 280,000 rubles. .
I then went to Kursk to see a girl and Rusfond concluded an agreement with me. I was paid for train tickets, for which I fully reported.
Let me remind you how Olya lived with her mother in Kursk. This is a yard and a toilet outside.
This is the question of who really needs money and who has neither money, nor apartments, nor cottages ... A question of ethics and morality.
And now TV presenter Dmitry Shepelev commented on yesterday's court decision, according to which the relatives of the late Zhanna Friske must pay 21.6 million rubles to Rusfond.
The widower admitted that a stone had fallen from his soul and he was glad that the court had dotted the “and” in this case. Shepelev told TASS that his conscience is clear, as evidence was presented in court: he did not touch this money.
A few weeks before Zhanna's death, her mother Olga withdrew the money from the account.“Obviously, four days before death, it is impossible to spend this money on the treatment of an already hopelessly ill, dying person,” he said and added that he did not know where the money had gone.
“The main thing is that, in my opinion, Plato should not be responsible for this. It is paradoxical that the court did not qualify this action in any way, I don’t know how to call it otherwise than theft, ”Shepelev added.
The TV presenter also noted the importance of this case for the charitable movement as a whole, since the reputation of Rusfond was restored.
“But as a father, I am indignant, because small coin in this terrible and shameful story - my only son, who received debts and endless gossip after the deceased mother, ”concluded Dmitry Shepelev.
Recall: the court ruled that Zhanna's relatives must return 21.6 million rubles to Rusfond, since they reported on spending only 4.12 million, if Zhanna Friske's relatives do not return 21 million to Rusfond, then their property will be seized . The fund collected this money with the help of Channel One viewers. The defendants in the claim of the charitable organization were the singer's parents Vladimir and Olga and her little son Plato, whose interests were represented by his father.
