Preparing to work with the system
1. To successfully launch the system, installers must be installed on your computer. Installers are installed independently in accordance with the “Instructions for preparing new workstations for working with CRM Siebel 8”.
Login
Login is possible in two ways:
1. launch the Internet Explorer browser by clicking on its icon, enter the system address in the address bar https://pk8.otpbank.ru/ and press the Enter button;
2. Go to the system using the icon on the desktop.
As a result of calling the program, an information window will appear with links to:
Agent workplace – for the “Agent” role – processing consumer loans, non-targeted loans within the framework of the “Cash on Card” project, credit cards within the framework of the “UP Sell” and “Credit Instant” projects, generating invoice statements, searching for contracts. As part of the deferred authorization and accelerated transfer technology, the following functionality is active: creating registers, finalizing unfinished documents on registers, canceling authorization, returning/replacing goods, registering contracts within the generated register.

After entering your login and password you will be taken to the main screen - Homepage(Fig.3).
On the Home page you can find:
1 - information about setting up the current Point of Sale (footnote 1, Fig. 3);
2 - unfinished tasks - current applications that are not completed for any reason. You can continue working with the application by marking the required line and clicking “Continue”. Continuing to work with the application to the status “Agreement formed” is possible within 48 hours from the moment of its creation (footnote 2 Fig. 3);
3 - unfinished contracts – formed/signed, but not yet authorized contracts. The list of unfinished contracts of the current day is available for viewing and work until 24-00 Moscow time. After 24-00, contracts are archived by the system automatically (footnote 3, Fig. 3);
4 - unfinished registers – generated but not signed registers of documents.

Client's gender. The Client's gender is determined automatically by the system if
the system did not correctly determine the Client’s gender, then it is necessary to set
mark next to the desired value.
Date of birth of the Client. You can enter “Date of Birth” in any
digital format, including together, the system independently when
saving will convert the data into the correct format with delimiters
