The first bank to issue Belkart payment cards was Belpromstroybank, and the first monetary transaction using the card of the national payment system was made at the end of September 1995.
Further, the payment system developed, a system of ATMs and self-service points was created, some time later Belkart cardholders had the opportunity to pay for utilities and other types of services. By 2012, the number of banks participating in the Belkart payment system reached 17. In 2013, this figure increased to 21.
At the moment, to pay for goods and services, the Belkart card is accepted only in online stores of the by domain zone.

Belkart Standard has a standard set of functions of a payment bank card: making non-cash payments for goods and services (today 100% of retail outlets in the Republic accept cards of the Belkart payment system), withdrawing cash, using the services of the issuing bank, i.e. the bank that issued the card remotely.
You can open Belkart Standard as part of a salary project.

Belkart Premium is a bank card with an increased level of protection of the owner's personal data. There are a number of additional protective elements on the card.
With such a card, you have the opportunity to participate in the “Your Bonus” loyalty program, receive additional discounts in partner stores, participate in promotions and games, and much more.
For more detailed information, you should contact the bank, which this card released. Please note that the terms of use and rates are set directly by the issuing bank and not by the payment system.
Belkart Maestro: Cobaging card for payments abroad
Belcard Maestro is a payment card based on two payment systems: the national Belcard and the international Maestro. The advantages of this card - you can pay for purchases and services of Belkart Maestro not only on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, but also abroad. The national payment system is used domestically, and the international one abroad.
It is also worth noting that with this card you can pay for goods and services on the Internet in any domain zone ( regular card Belkart allows you to pay only in the by domain zone).
Belkart internet banking
Internet banking is an incredibly convenient multifunctional banking service that is provided to bank customers for remote control of their finances from any PC or other device that has access to the Internet.
It is worth noting once again that the Internet banking or Internet banking service is provided not by the Belkart payment system, but by the bank that issued the card. Those. if you are the owner of a Belkart Belarusbank card, then Belarusbank provides you with the Internet banking service.
However, before you can start using this service, you need to activate it. The Internet banking service is connected on the website of the issuing bank.
For example, consider how to connect Internet banking for the Belkart Belarusbank card.
1. We go to the official website of Belarusbank: belarusbank.by. In the top menu, select Internet banking and the system automatically switches you to the desired address.
2. If your Internet banking system is already connected, then just enter your username and password, if not, then go to the "Online-registration" tab.
3. Once on the online registration page, enter the data and click continue.
To work in the Internet banking system from Belarusbank, the client must have a personal session code card. Only you should have this card so that no one else can use your Internet banking without your knowledge. You will need the code to log in.
If you connect Internet banking at a bank branch, you will be given a key card immediately. If you register yourself online, then the key card will be sent to you by mail within 10 days.
After entering your login, password and session code, you will be taken to Personal Area Internet banking systems, and there you already choose what operations you are going to perform.
All other banks have approximately the same connection scheme. There may be minor differences, but the principle is the same.
For the convenience of its customers, Belkart has created online tutorials on the use of Internet banking by different banks. You can download what you need below.
Now the transfer of funds to and from the Belkart card can be carried out in any way offered by the bank that issued the card, including using the Internet. For BELKART cardholders, interbank money transfers from account to account using BELKART cards on the Internet became available from January 1, 2017.
As a rule, all banks have approximately the same list of instruments that allow you to transfer money to a card. The question would be more correct not “How to transfer money to a Belcard card?”, But “How to transfer money to a card of such and such bank”. Currently, 22 banks of the Republic of Belarus are engaged in servicing Belkart payment system cards, which means that transferring from one Belkart card to another within the country does not cause difficulties or difficulties. The only nuance that may arise in the process of transferring funds is the commission that the issuing bank charges from its customers in the event of money transfer to a card of another bank.
If we talk in general about the methods of transferring money to the card, then they are as follows:
Internet banking - allows you to transfer money from one card account to another. Transfer cash You can both within your own banking products and on cards of third parties.
ATM or self-service terminal - allows you to transfer funds from one card to another. The recipient's card holder can be either the sender himself or a third party. To transfer, you need to know the recipient's card number and its validity period.
Self-service payment terminal - allows you to transfer cash to a card.
Bank branch - you can do both cash replenishment of the card account, and non-cash.
Internet application - some banks offer their customers to use smartphone applications in order to manage their finances.
Transfer from Belkart to Visa
Transfer funds from the Belcard card to Visa card is possible only if you are a Belcard Maestro cardholder. Otherwise, this operation will not be possible.
Nuances may arise with the payment of a commission. Some banks charge a fee for card-to-card transfer services. There are a number of nuances here, for example, a commission may be charged when transferring funds through an ATM, but absent when transferring via Internet banking. Most banks transfer funds within their network without commissions (this applies to both cards of the same owner and different ones). However, there are those who take a small percentage for such a procedure.
You can find out up-to-date information on the bank's website, where the sender's card is served. the commission is paid by the sender of the funds.
Belkart: payment by card. Where can I pay with a bank card of the Belkart payment system
You can pay for goods and services with a Belcard payment system card without restrictions throughout the territory of the Republic of Belarus: in shops, cafes, hairdressers, pay for utilities and other services, etc.
As for the Internet, you can pay with Belkar cards only in the by domain zone, which means that you cannot pay for goods, for example, with an AliExpress card of the Belkart payment system.
Also, Belkart cards cannot be used to pay abroad. At the moment, this payment system is not international, but operates only within Belarus.
The only exception is the Belkart Maestro co-badging card. Cobaging card is a card of two payment systems, in our case the national Belcard and the international one. You can pay with such a card not only on the territory of our country, but also abroad. However, it should be noted that only MasterCard partners accept such cards for payment. Pay attention to this and look for the appropriate logo.
Balance Belkart
Check balance payment card can be done in any way that the issuing bank offers, i.e. the bank that issued this card. Typically, there are a number standard ways that are applicable to plastic cards of any banks:
ATM, self-service terminal or self-service terminal
At a specialist in any branch of your bank
These methods are known to everyone and are good only if there is time and opportunity to get away. When there is neither time nor opportunity, and you need to find out the balance right now, you can use one of the following methods:
Internet banking. Go to your personal account and see the card balance online.
SMS banking. Send an SMS in the established form, and you receive a reply message with the balance.
USSD request. Dial a short combination of numbers on the phone and receive a response from the bank.
The presence of this or that function on your Belkart card must be specified on the website that issued the card.
Consider ways to check the balance of a Belarusbank card:
SMS-banking: send SMS: Ostatok [space] Card password - Ostatok 5685 to 611.
Internet banking: go to your personal account and see the balance
M-banking: download a special application for a smartphone and see the balance through it
The service of short USSD requests to view the balance of Belarusbank cards is not provided.
Payment system BELKART is one of the three payment systems operating on the territory of the republic, while it is "our" (national), which means it operates only in Belarus. How do BELKART cards differ from cards of international payment systems and which banks allow you to issue these cards?
BELKART cards - what are they and how do they differ from each other?
In order to answer the question, what is the difference BELKART cards from each other, as well as what is their difference from the cards of other payment systems, we will summarize all the information about the basic possibilities that cards, in principle, can have, and present it in the context of cards offered by the national payment system:

Already at the first glance at the table, it can be noted that the cards of the national payment system are inferior to their competitors in terms of "basic" capabilities. In fact, BELKART cards do not provide their user with any additional services or privileges An exception is made by cards in the name of which there is a prefix - MOTSNAYA.
Card - BELKART MOZNAYA
The presence of the prefix "MOTSNAYA" on the card means that this card allows its owner to receive discounts or to accumulate points for payments in partner stores. In fact, the presence of only this feature allows us to single out the BELKART Premium (Moznaya kartka), BELKART-Maestro (Moznaya kartka), BELKART Premium-Maestro (Moznaya kartka) cards as premium cards. However, as it can be noted, in the case of BELKART-Maestro cards, there are some problems with understanding the term "Premium", since in the line MasterCard cards Maestro are entry-level cards.
At the same time, only BELKART-Maestro cards allow cardholders of the national payment system to make payments abroad or in foreign online stores, which in the absence of others additional opportunities for the BELKART card, it can be regarded as a significant advantage in relation to cards that do not have this opportunity.
Where can I get a BELKART card?
Data on banks and specific types of BELKART cards that they offer are given in the table below. As can be noted, the cards of the national payment system are not offered by all banks of the Republic of Belarus, and even fewer banks offer cards with the possibility of payments abroad and with the ability to receive discounts and points.
