Documents. To obtain a loan, the applicant must provide a passport, SNILS, a military ID (for men under the age of 27), as well as documents certifying income: a 2-NDFL certificate or according to the sample of the Bank. The specific package of documents certifying income and employment is determined by the type of work of the applicant.
Terms.There is no commission for issuing a loan. Insurance is not compulsory; if the insurance is canceled, the Bank increases the loan rate. You can reduce the rate by making a larger amount of the initial payment. You can get money under the refinancing program without providing a standard package of documents.
How do I apply?You can apply at any office of the Bank, or leave a preliminary application on the Vozrozhdenie website. After receiving the package of documents, the Bank considers the application within 1 hour to 5 working days.
