Of all the advantages for themselves, they singled out the beautiful architecture of the complex, there is a lot of greenery around, clean air, well, in general, the residential complex is quiet and calm. The rhythm of life is not at all like in the center, and I like it.
It used to be that there is no metro nearby, but they promise to resolve this issue soon. Until then, there are stations nearby.
In Novye Vatutinki, earthly housing prices. The area is well equipped, everything is there for a normal life. It’s sooooo convenient that you don’t have to wait a year or two or ten until the entire infrastructure is finished. Clean courtyards, green area around. Convenient to get to the center by bus. Maybe not super fast, but convenient. Not far from us is a kindergarten, a shopping center, in good weather we often walk along the coast of the Desna River.

There are, of course, drawbacks, and one of the main ones is that there is no metro. But soon they should build a station near us. We have a car, but if there is a metro, it will be more convenient to get to work.
Everything suits me in the Yuzhny microdistrict, a good place to live, landscaped courtyards, interesting infrastructure. The layout of my two-room apartment is comfortable, all rooms are separate and bright, soundproofing is normal and I can't hear my neighbors.
There are no downsides for me
The location of the complex was very important for me, but here it is good, one might say, as environmentally friendly as possible. I also like that the houses are not high-rise buildings, our South looks very cozy, beautifully green around. The school is located in the neighboring Central District, but this issue was resolved by a bus that will pick up our children in front of the school.

Stretch ceiling in wallpaper glue, which apparently could not be peeled off and all in the fingers, which are difficult to wipe off - based on my experience. The thin plastic edging of the ceiling has a sloppy look. from the side of the wallpaper, they bent it back to glue the wallpaper, but naturally it didn’t stand up. it is not included in the price of 160 thousand. That is, when you start repairing the ceiling is already hanging. That is, after the repair, you have an interesting task to clean it up. But first, when a company representative at the time of purchase tells you that you will have a stretch ceiling, you are glad that you saved 25 thousand on this. But this joy will not be long. The height of the ceiling with a stretch ceiling is 2.67 m. AND ATTENTION! The declared area is 37.2. When you come to sign the act, they tell you in fact 37 m2, but everything is fine, you signed the contract, it says that if up to 0.5 m we do not return the money. At the reception we measured it with a laser ruler and it turned out to be 36.64. It is not difficult to calculate that the company owes you 0.56 and this is more than 0.5, I assure you that no one will give you this money so easily. So, the ceiling will cost you dearly. In the bathtub, a light bulb hangs on the wall 10 cm above the heated towel rail and there is no other light, and then you can still list for a long time ... After what he saw in the apartment, they asked for an estimate and certificates for materials. the floorboard, tiles, heated towel rail, mixer left many questions.
