Country house with your own hands: projects of frame houses photo. We build a country house - economically, independently, with high quality Small house for a summer residence with our own hands
A suburban area is not only land with a vegetable garden and plantings. Many city dwellers come there for a good rest, so it is necessary to have a house on the site. Not all summer residents have the opportunity to build a comfortable house on six acres. Many people get out of this situation by choosing the option of building an economy class house.
Inexperienced and novice summer residents are faced with the question of choosing cheap materials for construction. Below are examples of inexpensive and cozy country houses with illustrative photos.
Where to start construction
Any construction project starts with a plan on paper. A house outside the city is not intended for year-round living, but for the sake of comfort it requires familiarization with a typical project.
Among the projects of country houses, the leading one is with an attic or an attic. This option allows you to abandon the construction on the farm building site. All inventory and tools are kept in the attic. In addition to such a house, you can add a veranda or terrace that serves as a dining room.
The strip foundation is more time consuming and costly. The positive side of it is that it allows you to use the room under the floor as a basement.
The next stage of preparation is the material of the "box" of the future construction. There are several types of inexpensive and reliable building materials:
Frame-panel constructions
The frame is mounted with a bar and sheathed with wooden boards of fiberboard or chipboard. Expanded polystyrene, glass wool or polystyrene is used as a heater. The result is a house with minimal costs that can be operated all year round.
A house made of timber is distinguished by its durability. Construction work will be more expensive. When using cheap timber, there is a possibility of facing the problem of building shrinkage. As a result, cracks and gaps appear. The cobbled house will also have to be insulated.
A clay house is the cheapest and easiest construction option. Building materials are right under your feet. The erection technique is similar to clay modeling.
The downside is the construction process that is too time-consuming. It will take several seasons to build an earthen dwelling.
The carriage is common among newcomers to summer residents. The best option for living in the summer or during the construction of a comfortable house.
Frame construction
The frame building belongs to the category of low-budget. Build country houseik do it yourself without the help of specialists will not be difficult. If everyone necessary materials ready, the term of work will last several weeks.
To build a house you will need:
- bars for the frame;
- screws and corners;
- wooden boards of chipboard or fiberboard;
- insulation;
- piles for the foundation.
Stages of construction of a frame house
In the marked places, piles are driven in the corners. Mounted concrete or brick supports under the joints of the walls. Then they cover them with a waterproofing material and tie them with a channel.
A lattice of beams is laid around the entire perimeter. Wooden logs are placed on top of it at a distance of 50-60 cm from each other. All parts are fixed with corners and screws.
Next, mount the vertical racks, firmly resting on the lattice. The finished frame is tied and attic logs are placed on top of it. Next comes the work of covering the frame with wooden slabs. At this stage, holes are left for windows and doors.
Now you need to decide on the choice of a roof for a country house. Most summer residents choose gable and pitched roofs. As an economy, the second option deserves more attention. When erecting a roof, do not forget about vapor barrier. The roof will be inexpensive sheets of corrugated board or ondulin.
The outside cladding is made using siding. Before that, the outer walls are insulated with special materials. Instead of plastic windows, ordinary wooden ones without double-glazed windows are installed. This approach will significantly reduce the cost of construction.
With the help of simple and simple tips the dacha dwelling will be ready for use in less than a month. Those who do not have enough time for construction can contact construction company, where they will offer to build a turnkey cottage at an affordable price.
A few words about the interior
No matter how the house looks from the outside, inside the summer cottage must meet all the requirements of our time. Gone are the days when the dwelling in the country was used for cooking and sleeping.
Rest in the country - first of all, comfort and organization inside the house. There are many budget-friendly ways to satisfy your most desirable interior design solutions.
Country - rustic style in the interior. Here you cannot do without cabinets and shelves covered with embroidered curtains. Crocheted napkins, tablecloths and rugs from old clothes will look good.
Every inhabitant of a modern city in the bustle of everyday life at least once in his life thought about a cozy refuge in the form of a pretty country house. At first, these thoughts are perceived as dreams of an incredibly difficult process that requires an incredible amount of effort and money. But, as life experience shows, all dreams come true. And the possibilities of modern building technologies and materials in alliance with the latest constructive ideas help to realize these dreams come true.
- Layout of a site for the construction of a country house
- Choosing a project for an inexpensive country house
- Projects of small country houses
- A competent approach to the planning of a country house allows a comfortable and efficient use of the entire area of the summer cottage. Safe for building a house is its location at a distance of at least 5 meters from the street, at least 3 meters from the passage, and at least 3 meters from neighboring sites.
The highest point of the site in the northern or northwestern part is a good choice for building a house.
Choosing a project of a country house
First you need to decide on the type and project of the house. Ready-made solutions offer different design options. Choice final version planning directly depends on the relief of the site for construction, geological conditions and the financial side of the matter.
When choosing a house project, one must also take into account its purpose as living conditions. That is, will it be a weekend house or a hacienda for holding seasonal vacations and vacations, or it will be the place of permanent residence of the family. The age and physiological characteristics of people for whom, in fact, the house will be created, are also of no small importance.
And many more factors must be taken into account when planning, so it is advisable to start choosing a project at least six months before the start of construction, since the realities everyday life make adjustments to the model adopted as a basis.
What to build a country house from is also better to determine before construction startsin order to avoid unpleasant surprises of mismatch of materials and designs.
Projects of inexpensive country houses
- one-storey country house;
- two-story country house;
- dacha project frame house;
- projects of country houses with an attic.
One-storey country house
The undisputed favorite of standard projects inexpensive country house can be considered a one-story building with an attic. Very simple in design, this familiar model can be quite roomy. Modern country houses meet all levels of comfort and safety, and the attic allows you to do without temporary outbuildings on the site, since you can store the necessary accessories and implements on it. An open veranda can be attached to the main building, in sunny weather it will be pleasant to eat or relax on it, enjoying the view of the blooming area.
Two-storey country house
On the ground floor of a two-story house, there is usually a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom, and the second is reserved for the personal apartments of the owners (and children) and guest bedrooms. If the house is being built thoroughly, then in the living room you can arrange a fireplace, near which it is pleasant to spend time on cool evenings in the family circle over a glass of mulled wine and long conversations. And in the winter cold, this room will be the most comfortable place in the world, and gatherings by the winter hearth will become the embodiment of family traditions and values.
Country house frame project
The project of a country house frame house is a reasonable method of creating comfortable, environmentally friendly housing quickly, inexpensively and with your own hands. The assembly of such a house, regardless of the complexity of the architecture, takes from one to several weeks at any time of the year and on a site of any relief of the photo. The frame structure does not need an expensive foundation, which significantly reduces its cost, and wall decoration can be started immediately after installation, since there is practically no wall shrinkage.
Frame houses are designed for living throughout the year. If necessary, you can additionally insulate interior partitions and ceilings in them in order to reduce heat loss, reduce noise levels and maintain the microclimate of each individual room. The external cladding can be made of decorative plaster, facing stone, cement-sand slabs, timber, blockhouse, etc.
Projects of country houses with an attic
Projects of country houses with an attic involve significant investment savings. Of course, the slope of the ceiling will reduce the height of the walls, and special skylights are more expensive than ordinary ones, however, even with such costs, the attic floor is cheaper, since it does not need wall materials or additional interior decoration.
In addition, attics provide a sea of possibilities for creating extraordinary interior photo solutions. Non-standard walls and peculiar window openings, niches of a unique shape, decorative design details are luxurious opportunities for using space. The sloping ceiling transforms an ordinary room into a mysterious and enigmatic place that can be used as a fabulous children's room or the workshop of an artist or tailor. The attic rooms are especially attractive, and also offer an amazing view from the window. Often it is they who become the most beloved corner of the house.

Build a country house with your own hands
Each person decides how to build a country house independently, but the possibilities of using modern production technologies make it possible to facilitate this task, including through the use of ready-made modular structures. Today, prefabricated houses are gaining more and more popularity. Even a person who has the most elementary concepts of construction is able to build such a thing.
A convenient structural unit allows you to avoid many mistakes that beginners in construction often make, since all the main systems and communications, such as electrical wiring, plumbing, air conditioning and ventilation, are already professionally built into it.
The former monotonous shapes of a chopped parallelepiped with a flat roof have replaced the creative architectural models of one or two-storey structures of exquisite design and maximum level of comfort, suitable for living in them for a long time. All the necessary premises are already included in such projects. They are provided with a choice of the necessary plumbing, water heating and electrical appliances that are simple to connect and easy to use to create a comfortable environment.
For self-construction frame structure can be the optimal solution that does not require special qualifications in construction.
More complicated in execution, but also not requiring special experience in construction and huge cash investments, the option of building a house from glued or profiled timber.
A wooden blockhouse is obtained warm without additional insulation, and also, due to high-tech surface treatment, does not need interior decoration.
Glued laminated timber consists of boards - lamellas, carefully processed and glued so that the directions of the fibers of adjacent lamellas are opposite to each other. The result of such processing is special shear reliability and no shrinkage, which is essential shortens construction time and provides a stable geometry for the structure of the house.
A solid and durable brick house will cost much more, not only because of the cost building materials, but also in connection with the need to attract qualified specialists to the construction.
Modern brick dwellings are capable of to make any designer's dream come true... Today it is possible to build a brick cottage with high quality, beautifully and even very quickly.
Foundation
The type of foundation depends on the material and number of storeys of the entire structure. For light houses made of timber, galvanized wood, as well as frame and prefabricated options, a columnar or screw foundation is usually chosen. Heavy structures made of brick, stone or concrete blocks, and two-story houses, require a serious foundation in the form of a strip (or prefabricated of reinforced concrete blocks) foundation around the perimeter and under bearing walls of the building.
The foundation should be installed below the depth of soil freezing, waterproofing should be done at a distance of 20 to 50 cm from the ground. Around the entire perimeter of the structure around the basement, it is necessary to make a concrete blind area with a slope from the walls with a width of at least 70 centimeters.
The creation of the floor begins with laying the log. Then the space between them is filled with insulation and is covered from above vapor barrier material... A rough floor is erected from above from an untreated board, treated with antiseptics and anti-dampness agents. After the required exposure, it is covered with a clean floor.
When choosing a frame construction option to create a base around the perimeter of the future structure, a rough bar is laid, then pillars are fixed at four corners and a rigid frame is mounted using beams. Then the frame is sheathed with sheets of plywood or chipboard, insulation must be laid inside the walls. It is necessary to immediately lay openings for doors and windows or some other additional structures adopted in the design solution into the frame.
It should be noted that all structural units in the technological chain are carefully fixed and reinforced with additional stiffeners.
The construction of a bar is provided by a tight connection of elements, which allows maintaining the necessary heat exchange in the house. A special connection (lock) and a tie of structural elements with pins and pins do not allow the corners to shift and create t required safety margin the whole structure.
Due to its fire resistance, a brick wall can border on flammable interior elements, for example, a fireplace or stove. The advantage of the front part is that it does not need additional finishing and repairs. Brick is perfectly combined in some interior solutions with other textured surfaces, for example, a solid brick wall is exquisitely combined with natural stone, noble wood or the same brick, but with different textures and shades.
Roof small house consists of a rafter system and a roof. Decking and crate are attached to the rafters. The legs of the rafters are cut into the upper trim of the walls or located along the entire perimeter of the walls, and reinforced with nails, staples or corners. The board crate is attached to the rafters, then the roof is made of corrugated slate. For soft roofing or metal roofing, a continuous moisture-resistant flooring is required.
Special fittings are used for finishing the ridge and breaking the roof. Insulation is laid before the interior decoration, which must be covered with a waterproofing material. As finishing material you can use lining or decorative panels, or you can sheathe the room with moisture-resistant plasterboard to give it a finished look.
A country house should be convenient, practical and comfortable, and also organically fit into the overall picture of the site. Such a harmonious combination will make it an attractive place for family holidays and pleasant communication.

Having received the long-awaited suburban area, many of its owners immediately decide to acquire a house. However, building a country house, even with your own hands, is inexpensively difficult. However, if it comes about a small structure, then it will take less money to build it if you do all the work yourself.
Preparation for construction
First of all, you should make a project. Considering the fact that in order to build even a small house in the country it is necessary to obtain a building permit, it is better to entrust its manufacture to specialized organizations that will make a drawing that not only meets all the norms and requirements, but also coordinate it with all the necessary authorities. If there is an approved project, it will not be difficult to obtain a building permit.
When developing a drawing, you should immediately decide on the material from which it is planned to build a house in the country, since the load on the foundation is calculated based on this. Each has its own pros and cons:
- Wood is an inexpensive and environmentally friendly material, but it requires constant care and special treatment to prevent decay and fire.
- Brick is durable and solid, but expensive, and only professionals can install it with high quality.
- Foam blocks are easy to use, cheap, environmentally friendly and do not require heavy foundations. They have optimal thermal conductivity, but are prone to degradation.
For the construction of a small country house with your own hands, you should choose the cheapest and easiest material to process. Can be built using wood and insulation or sandwich panels.
When developing a project, you can immediately estimate how much it will cost, since depending on the area of the building, the number of materials is calculated for which it will not be difficult to find out the current prices.
Layout and construction of the foundation
There are several types of bases, but the most practical is a tape one, which will withstand and evenly distribute the load of a house built of any material. Before starting a future dacha with your own hands, you need to apply markings. To do this, remove all vegetation in the place where the base of the house will be located. Many experts even recommend removing the fertile soil layer. If a land plot has obvious irregularities and slopes, then the site should first be leveled. This can be done manually or with the assistance of special equipment.
After the site is prepared, the markup is done. To do this, you need to take 4 pegs, for which it is better to use reinforcing bars. Put one in the ground, marking the first corner, the length and width of the structure are measured from it and the remaining 3 pegs are installed and connected with a rope around the perimeter. The result should be a rectangle or square (depending on the project). The corners must be straight. To check for accuracy, connect the opposite pegs with a rope, while both diagonals should be equal to each other.
After applying the markings, you can proceed directly to the strip foundation device. The work process will be as follows:
- A trench 30-50 centimeters wide is being dug, depending on the thickness of the walls. The depth should be calculated in the project, taking into account the loads and the degree of soil freezing.
- A mixture of sand and gravel is poured into the bottom of the trench and tamped.
- Next, you need to install the formwork. It is made of boards and supports are installed between the walls.
- To give the necessary rigidity to the base, a reinforcing mesh should be made inside the formwork.
- Concrete mix is poured.
To gain strength, the foundation must withstand, so it is not recommended to start building walls within 30 days. It is during this period that concrete is gaining the required strength of the brand. To prevent the destruction of the foundation, it should be treated with a bituminous mixture, and the upper part of the base should be covered with roofing material, which will act as waterproofing.
Schematically strip foundation looks like the shown photo:
Walling
The process will depend on the material chosen. The principle of building walls from foam blocks and bricks is similar. In this case, certain rules must be observed:
- Laying is done in a checkerboard pattern so that the next layer covers the vertical seam.
- It is necessary to start laying from the corner. First, draw the exact straight line and only after that carry out the longitudinal installation of blocks or bricks.
- The thickness of the seam is 1 centimeter.
- The adhesive composition for foam blocks and bricks must be the same in composition throughout the entire construction process.
- The laying of each layer should be checked with a level and monitor their verticality.
If a decision is made to build a house from wood, then first of all it is worth taking care of the preparation of high-quality timber. The tree must be solid, well dried, free from chips, cracks and other mechanical damage. Particular attention should be paid to the absence of blue. It is very important to fit the first crown correctly. At the corners, the beams are attached by a cut-in and fixed with long nails. Tow should be placed between each row.
There are several options for cornering the beam, which can be clearly seen in the photo:
The frame construction of a small house is considered the fastest and cheapest, especially if it is made of wood. To do this, it is necessary to install vertical corner and intermediate posts, which are attached to the foundation. In this case, on the base, you must first make a strapping of wooden beams. The uprights are mounted using a metal corner or by a cut-in. To strengthen the supports, an upper strapping of beams is made around the entire perimeter. The result is a wireframe made up of rectangles. To give the structure the necessary rigidity, opposite corners are connected by diagonals from the boards. Then the voids are filled with insulation, for example, foam or mineral wool.
The process of building a house from sandwich panels can be seen in the video:
Roof construction
There are several types of roofs. Flat ones are made quickly and easily, but subsequently require constant maintenance, since snow and water will constantly linger on the surface, and the risk of leakage is quite high.
Shed or gable roofs are considered the most practical and cheap for a small country house. The construction process is simple, and you can do it yourself. To do this, the following sequence must be observed:
- The Mauerlat installation is the base of the roof, which is a wooden beam mounted on opposite walls.
- Next is the installation of the rafter system, the order of which will whistle from the selected type of roof. To create a gable, it is necessary to fix the vertical rafters on the Mauerlat with a step of 0.8-1 meter, connecting them at the top with a ridge beam.
- On top of the rafters, a crate is made of boards about 4 centimeters thick.
- Waterproofing, for example, roofing felt, is laid on the frame.
You can choose any material for the roof. A cheaper option is slate. More expensive and at the same time, having an attractive appearance is a metal tile or ondulin.
Schematically, the gable roof device looks like in the photo:
On this, the main construction of the cottage can be considered completed. All that remains is to insert windows and doors, make internal partitions, and also finish the facade.

Each person who has acquired a small plot of land for a summer cottage seeks to build a house in a short time, or a similar easy-to-build structure. To have a place to relax after a hard day's work, or to hide from inclement weather. Well, it’s natural to get settled in everyday life. Of course, it is advisable to build a house to accommodate the whole family and guests who came for the weekend. The task is certainly daunting, but quite doable if you have accumulated savings for the construction of a country house, because a large amount of new building material is required.
If possible, you can hire hired workers to build this structure.
Of course, this will significantly add financial costs for your family, and if there is no such opportunity, you will have to build a country house with your own hands.
Basically, the owners of summer cottages build their houses with their own hands in order to save money for hiring a construction team and invite relatives and friends to the construction site to help, which by itself reduces the cost of the construction process.
Summer residents also sometimes use second-hand materials that can be purchased at half the price compared to market prices, but this will reduce the durability of the structure by half.
When building his country house, the author decided not to save on the main material and buy everything on the construction market, so that it would last for a century and the house would stand for a long time, please the family and its guests with its comfort and aesthetic appearance.
The main material for the construction was, of course, wood, which could be better and more beautiful than wood. The author bought bars and boards from a local sawmill, which turned out to be much cheaper than in a hardware store.
Starting the construction, I pre-drilled wells under the bearing pillars, inserted and filled in with cement mortar. I strapped the posts with boards and left them for a day to dry the solution. Then he set about building, step by step towards the cherished goal.
And so now let's take a closer look at how he built his country house, and what he needed for this.
Materials: board 30 mm, bar 100 to 100, bar 40 to 60, floorboard 50 mm, insulation, profiled sheet, rail, fiberboard.
Instruments: circular saw, drill, drill, screwdriver, hammer, shovel, electric plane, angle, ruler, tape measure, circular saw.
And so the first thing he did was invite a neighbor and together they drilled holes to install the poles.
Then he installed the posts, and filled the holes with cement mortar.
I made a screed at the bottom and at the top, so that the pillars stood exactly, after a day had passed after the solution had gained hardness, began further construction.
The author makes the top harness.
Then it moves on to create the roof ridge.
Next, he makes the roof lathing.
Shows the rafter attachment point.
Remnants from sawing will also come in handy somewhere.
Then proceeds to the installation of the roof from the profiled sheet.
Then he moves on to the device of the floors of the house.
So we got a place to store the boards from atmospheric precipitation.
Prepares a batch of planks by loosening them on a circular saw.
And he starts finishing the cornice.
Sheathes the walls with boards, and seals the gaps between the boards with slats.
Next moves on to the ceiling sheathing.
Buying a summer cottage is a joyful event in the life of every person. And it's good if a solid house is already present on the site. However, even in the absence of a residential building, you can easily solve this problem by doing the work on building the house yourself. It doesn't have to be a lot of money. Exist interesting projects country houses, allowing you to build full-fledged residential buildings with your own hands from available materials.
The simplest country house can be built from logs, cement and sawdust. Even these basic materials make it possible to build a beautiful, reliable and warm structure. Moreover, such a house will be completely environmentally friendly and safe for human health. Instead of cement, you can use a mixture of clay, straw and sand.
First step
Make a foundation. The structure will weigh quite little, so the simplest strip foundation or the columnar foundation, which is more preferable in such situations, will do.
Second step
Prepare the base for the house. For the bottom strapping, it is recommended to use the best quality timber possible. Before laying the timber, a reliable waterproofing must be laid on the foundation. Also, the lower trim bar must be waterproofed from above.
For additional rigidity, the strapping bar should be braided with wire. The load-bearing walls of the house are made of wooden posts. At the end, you should have a stable frame structure.
Third step
Lay rollers of cement or clay-sand mortar on top of the waterproofing of the lower trim. Fill in the gaps between these rollers with sawdust and start laying out the firewood. Before laying firewood, it is recommended to soak it with an antiseptic composition.
Fourth step
Take a rounded knife and use it to spread the solution between the stacked wood. Over time, the wood will dry out and you will need to fill the gaps with mortar as they appear.
Fifth step
Lay the walls out of wood in layers. We laid a layer - covered all the available gaps with sawdust - laid a new layer and so on to the end. As a result, you will have already insulated walls.
Sixth step
Sand the edges of the wood with sandpaper. Any kind of burrs will additionally retain moisture, so you need to get rid of them especially carefully.
In the end, you just have to fold the simplest rafter system and install the selected roofing material. Give priority to lightweight materials. For example, bitumen is well suited for the roof of such a house.
From the inside, the walls can be plastered, sheathed with clapboard or finished at your discretion. Outside, the walls are usually left unchanged. In any case, it is recommended to carry out finishing no earlier than in 1-2 years, because during this time the wood will shrink. You will have to fill in all the gaps that appear with the materials mentioned earlier.
The simplest hut house can be built with minimal financial investment.
First step. Make a standard pile foundation and tie it around with precast beams.
Second phase. Install the floor beams of the house. The basis of such a structure is represented by rafters in the form of the letter "A". The rafters are installed on a pre-insulated floor. If the house will have a large height, the elements of the rafter system are spliced in height.
Stage three. Sheathe the outside of the walls with OSB.
Fourth stage. Stretch wind and moisture protection material such as isospan over the sheathed walls.
Fifth stage. Sheathe the roof slopes with the familiar OBS. Such sheathing will be a good basis for roll roofing material. If you wish, you can equip a standard crate on the roof and use other finishing materials - profiled sheet, metal tiles, etc.
Before laying the finishing roofing material, the roof must be insulated. Usually mineral wool is used for insulation. In the process of performing these works, do not forget about the need to create ventilation gaps. For their organization, a counter lattice is equipped - it is enough to nail the transverse slats to the elements of the lathing to get a small gap.
Install ventilation grilles at the bottom of the roof, which will allow air to circulate normally in the under-roof space.
Excellent earthen house with your own hands
A house made of earth is one of the most ancient types of residential buildings known to mankind. Subject to the technology from ordinary land, you can get a solid, fire-resistant and warm enough building that does not require almost any financial investment for its construction.
First step
Prepare the foundation for your future home. In parallel with this, prepare the main building material for the construction of the house in question - bags filled with tamped earth. For the foundation, dig trenches with a depth of about 50-60 cm. Choose the width individually - it should correspond to the width of the bags with earth.
Fill the prepared trenches with gravel. The backfill must be compacted carefully. Fill the entire area under the future earthen house with about a 20-centimeter layer of gravel.
Second phase
Lay a waterproofing material on the backfill.
Stage three
Draw the circles of the future walls using a construction compass. It is desirable that the house has exactly a round shape. Of course, you can build an ordinary rectangular building from bags of earth, but it is round walls that are characterized by the highest strength.
Stage four
Lay the first layer of pre-prepared bags on top of the previously installed waterproofing material. The mixture in these bags should include soil, sand, cement powder and gravel.
Fill the bags to about 80-85% of their volume and tamp as thoroughly as possible. Each bag used should be rectangular, like a brick. For better tamping, the mixture in the bag should be slightly moistened with water. Sew up the valves of the bags with ordinary wire.
Be especially careful when arranging the first row of bags. Everything must be done in strict accordance with the previously applied markings. Tamp the bags and dampen them a little with water.
Fifth stage
Place 2 rows of barbed wire on the first layer of masonry. In this case, the barbed wire will take over the functions of the reinforcing layer. Immediately seal all punctures and breaks in the bags with gray adhesive tape. It is water-resistant tapes.
Sixth stage
Start laying out the walls. Install door frames and window frames immediately. Lay each row of soil bags with a double layer of barbed wire. Additionally, you can secure the wire with staples.
Seventh stage
Fill the seams between the individual bags with a mixture of sand, cement, chopped straw and lime.
The bags need to be laid out with some joint offset, much like in traditional brickwork.
Having reached the height of a person's growth, you can begin to shift each row of the laid material to increase the strength of the walls being erected.
The laid walls are plastered. Before applying the plaster, the bags should be treated with cement milk and allowed to dry. Plastering is carried out on a steel paint net.
In places where the walls meet, perform additional reinforcement with the same barbed wire.
Interior decoration earthen house usually limited to simple plastering.
In the end, it remains to equip the roof of the earthen house. Install the beam supports first - they need to be firmly clamped between the bags. Sheathe the floors with OSB boards, and lay the finishing material on top. The best coating option for such a case is bitumen.
After completing all the basic work, you can cover the walls of your earthen house with finishing plaster or paint.
If desired, even an ordinary change house can be converted into a completely comfortable country house.
First step. Prepare the ribbon concrete foundation... It is also allowed to use columnar foundation, however, you first need to make sure that the soil on the ground is not subject to strong frost heaving.
Second phase. Let the concrete of the base gain at least half of the brand strength, and then install the change house on the foundation. The crane will help you with this. Adjust the position of the change house using the boards. Pre-treat the boards with an antiseptic and place them under the runners of the building.
Stage three. Assemble the frame of the extension to the change house. To do this, use a 10x5 cm beam. Install supports on the veranda and triple the horizontal rafters.
Fourth stage. Sew a crate for siding or other selected material on the outside of the walls of the change house. For additional insulation, place mineral wool in the crate and cover it with plastic wrap.
Insulate the floor and walls of the extension. From the inside, the insulation must be covered with a vapor barrier material.
Fifth stage. Complete the outer skin of the house. It is more convenient and rational to use vinyl siding for this.
Sixth stage. Lay out the roof. Metal tiles are best combined with siding. For the rest, when choosing a finish coat, focus on your preferences and financial capabilities.
Seventh stage. Attach the snow guards to the roof slopes. Insulate the attic at will.
Eighth stage. Complete the interior decoration of the house. For example, walls can be sheathed with plasterboard, covered with a couple of layers of putty and painted. Level the floors and install your preferred flooring.
As a result, the old shed after the addition of an additional room and simple finishing works turns into a very comfortable house with a separate bedroom and a large living room-kitchen.
Thus, a wide variety of materials can be used for the construction of country houses. Craftsmen adapted practically everything that occurs in nature, and even straw, for such work!
Now you know how to build from affordable and inexpensive materials, and you can build on your summer cottage reliable, safe and comfortable house.
Happy work!
