First of all, I was interested in obtaining information from the USRR. Accordingly, I, as an individual, having filled in the required registration form in the section "Information from the information resource of the USRR", received the key I needed. It should be noted that the key consists of a sufficiently large number of characters, which caused some inconvenience when it was necessary to re-enter it due to logging out. The algorithm of actions when obtaining a key for access to the IR GKN is similar.

To obtain an appropriate extract from the USRR, you must first make sure that it is sufficient Money on the Applicant's account and, if necessary, replenish it, for which it is necessary to obtain a payment code and select a suitable payment method ( by plastic card, across payment terminal, from the balance of the Qiwi wallet). General information about the property (type of property, address, area, purpose of the building and the presence of registered rights) is issued by the resource without payment. This information is not intended for official submission of documents to other organizations. However, this resource will make it possible to establish in real time, for example, the presence of encumbrances on the property of interest, which is usually especially interesting when buying real estate.

Since I was also interested in the process of obtaining an extract from the USRR, I, by clicking the "send a request" button, sent a request for information in the amount of the USRR extract. At the same time, it is provided for such a request to be sent both with the signing of its EDS, and without using the EDS, in cases where the Applicant does not have it (my version).

I would especially like to note that all the objects that I looked for through the information resource of the USRR were found and their characteristics corresponded to reality, while the IR GKN in this regard somewhat upset, not finding information about any of the objects I requested that were put on cadastral records.

This service will be useful to a citizen or organization that needs to regularly request information contained in the USRR (considering that the minimum number of objects that can be ordered is 100), as well as receive notifications about changes in the USRR information for the real estate they own.

Thus, I did not notice any significant difficulties in working with these services. The main issue in the effectiveness of this resource is the availability of information about the object in the electronic database and the absence of technical problems when filling out requests.

Electronic submission of documents for registration of rights to real estate

The situation is a little different with such a service as electronic filing of documents for registration of rights to real estate.

Despite the fact that I did not have the need for state registration of rights to real estate at the moment, I nevertheless decided to see what this service is like.

The conditions for filling out information about the object and the applicant do not differ significantly from the conditions for filling out a request for obtaining information from the USRR. However, when submitting documents for registration of rights, it is necessary to take into account the existing requirements for the attached documents. As indicated on the website, documents must be attached together with digital signature files. Electronic images of documents must be attached in pdf format. Electronic documents must be attached in xml format.

At the same time, depending on the purpose of the appeal, the service offers to attach certain documents. In addition, to determine the list of documents required to obtain services for state registration of rights, the applicant can also use the service "Life Situations" (preparation of a package of documents for uploading by Rosreestr specialists). The specified service is paid.
