Only one document can be signed with one SMS code.

If a change of the SIM card is detected or it is impossible to check the immutability of the SIM card, then signing the document with SMS codes is not available.
In international roaming, SMS-OTP may not work, as in this case information about a possible change of SIM card may not be available. For security purposes, the funds on the account are not generated under such conditions.
Not all mobile operators are suitable for connecting the service, since not all operators can check the change of the SIM card (for example, Motive, etc.).
The service is connected to only one phone number. That is, the code is sent to only one addressee.

To connect the service, it is not enough to have a current account with Raiffeisenbank, it is also necessary that the site itself, through which payments will be accepted, meet the requirements of payment systems, have mandatory information (payment process, contact details, warranty obligations, conditions and return procedure).
It takes about 4 days to connect Internet acquiring. The process itself looks like this:
- opening an account (if you don't already have one);
- sending an application for connecting Internet acquiring;
- installation of templates for the site;
- obtaining registration data;
- adding a payment page to the site.
After that, it will be possible to accept Internet payments on your website in the following mode: 24 hours 7 days a week.
Connecting merchant acquiring allows you to accept payments from customers using special payment terminals in retail outlets. Raiffeisenbank offers its customers services at the Standard + tariff. Installation of equipment is carried out by specialists of the institution free of charge, and a symbolic fee of 1 ruble is charged for registration of each terminal.
Raiffeisenbank terminals accept cards of the following payment systems:
- VISA;
- Master Card;
- American Express;
For each terminal, an amount from 0 to 1,990 rubles is charged per month, calculated according to the following formula:
An additional fee of 1.79% of the payment amount is charged. Thus, the final size of the monthly commission is the sum of two indicators.

Mobile acquiring
When connecting mobile acquiring for an M-POS terminal (reader) a single fee of 900 rubles is paid. The reader is able to completely replace trading terminal. With it, you can read information from customer cards by connecting it to a mobile device.
M-POS terminal has light weight and size, due to which it is convenient to use it for receiving payments during frequent movements. But the reader is not able to read cards of all payment systems (only VISA and Master Card). Additionally, the bank charges a transaction fee of 2.7% of the total amount.
