- determination of the possibility of using individual parts, parts and materials;
- drawing up an act for writing off and sending it for approval to the head of the organization or to a person authorized by him;
- control over disposal.
How to write off workwear due to the expiration of its service life
The organization's inventory commission determines the timing of the write-off on the basis of the Standard Industry Issuance Rates and Interindustry Rules for Provision of Workers with Special Clothing, Special Shoes and Other Personal Protective Equipment, approved by order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia dated June 1, 2009 No. 290n.
Overalls are also written off from service on the basis of these documents (clause 26 of the Methodological Instructions approved by order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia dated December 26, 2002 No. 135n).
The calculation of the terms of use begins from the moment of the actual issue of the CO. You do not need to issue a return to the warehouse.
