New Belarusian money is compared with the old one. This is how the new Belarusian money will look like
November 4, Minsk / Tatiana Polezhai - BelTA /. In Belarus from July 1, 2016 there will be a denomination. As BelTA learned from the press service of the President of the country, on November 4, Alexander Lukashenko signed decree No. 450 "On the denomination of the official monetary unit of the Republic of Belarus."
The document decides to hold from July 1, 2016 denomination of the official monetary unit of the Republic of Belarus and replace to December 31, 2016 circulating banknotes of the 2000 model in the form of banknotes in the banknotes of the 2009 model in the form of banknotes and coins in the ratio of Br10 thousand in 2000 samples to Br1 in banknotes sample of 2009.
New money will appear in Belarus from July 1, 2016. What will the new money look like, will people lose their deposits, will interest rates on loans remain, will the real sector of the economy suffer? These and other questions were answered by representatives of the National Bank at a press conference on the denomination of the Belarusian ruble.
The leadership of the National Bank emphasized that the denomination of the national currency is a purely technical process, which involves replacing the banknotes of the 2000 model with the banknotes of the 2009 model.
In total, from July 1, 2016, seven denominations of banknotes - 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 and 500 rubles, and eight denominations of coins - 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 50 kopecks, as well as 1 and 2 rubles.
Commemorative banknotes put into circulation by the National Bank, from July 1, 2016, are subject to acceptance for all types of payments without restrictions in the ratio indicated above, commemorative and bullion (investment) coins issued into circulation by the National Bank are subject to acceptance at face value for all types of payments without Borders.
The decree establishes that 1 Belarusian ruble of the 2009 sample is equal to 100 Belarusian kopecks of the 2009 sample.
From July 1 to December 31, 2016 banknotes of 2000 and banknotes of 2009 are in parallel circulation and are required to receive for all types of payments without restrictions in the ratio indicated above.
At the same time, it will be possible to exchange old banknotes for new ones:
from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2019 inclusive- in the National Bank, banks and non-bank credit and financial institutions of the Republic of Belarus;
from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021 inclusive- in the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.
From January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021 inclusive, old money can be exchanged for new ones only at the National Bank. From January 1, 2022, banknotes of the 2000 sample will be considered invalid.
From July 1 to December 31, 2016, manufacturers, sellers, suppliers, performers and their representatives, when providing consumers with information about the goods (works, services) offered, are obliged to indicate prices (tariffs) in banknotes of the 2000 model and banknotes of the 2009 model.
The National Bank was instructed to ensure the issue of banknotes of the 2009 model and the withdrawal from circulation of banknotes of the 2000 model, taking into account the provisions of the decree.
Alexander Lukashenko spoke about the denomination of the Belarusian ruble and what the new money would be on April 2, 2014, while communicating in Baranovichi with representatives of the labor collective of JSC "558 Aviation Repair Plant".
Banknotes and coins of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, issued into circulation since July 1, 2016.
The general concept of the design of the new banknotes corresponds to the motto "Maya kraina - Belarus". Each banknote is dedicated to one of the regions of Belarus and the city of Minsk. The correspondence of the area to the denomination of the banknotes is determined in alphabetical order. The image of a banknote with a denomination of 5 rubles is dedicated to the Brest region, 10 rubles - to the Vitebsk region, 20 rubles - to the Gomel region, 50 rubles - to the Grodno region, 100 rubles - to the Minsk region, 200 rubles - to the Mogilev region, 500 rubles - to the city of Minsk. In the design of the new banknotes of the 2009 sample, the continuity has been preserved with respect to the banknote series of the 2000 sample in terms of the use of images of architectural and urban planning monuments.
By decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated November 4, 2015 No. 450, the third denomination of the national currency was announced since the collapse of the Soviet Union. The 2000 money exchange, which began on July 1, 2016, was the result of prolonged hyperinflation in the Republic. The exchange of old money for new ones in Belarus is carried out for:
- facilitating the settlement system;
- reducing the cost of issuing banknotes;
- revealing hidden incomes of the population;
- consolidation of the Belarusian ruble against the euro and the dollar.
For the population, the key issues are where, how and until when can old money be exchanged for new one.
Is it possible to exchange old money for new ones in Belarus
Denomination in a simple sense removes extra zeros from banknotes. 2000 banknotes are useless on their own. Until December 31, 2016, in the country, in fact, there was a double price tag for goods, that is, it was possible to pay with both old and new money.
In all stores in Belarus, you could see the conversion table:

Starting from January 1, 2017, only Belarusian bills of 2009 have value. The exchange of old money for new ones in Belarus is not only possible, but has become a necessary reality. There is no point in keeping waste paper that is worthless.
The exchange amount must be a multiple of 100. If the amount is less than the established limit, the National Bank simply has nothing to give you.
In Russia and Kazakhstan, from January 1, 2017, the exchange of the Belarusian currency of the 2000 sample for the domestic one is impossible due to their withdrawal. The only option is to exchange them for 2009 bills. Then, if you wish, you can buy any currency with them.
Only banknotes can be exchanged common use... The denomination did not affect investment and commemorative coins issued by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus in last years before the denomination. They are valid for any payments. The value of each bill is equal to their face value.
The denomination of 2016 was planned as early as 2008. New banknotes were developed in 2007, but world economy the 2008 crisis did not allow Belarus to spend monetary reform v set time... Old money exchange in Belarus is carried out at the rate of 10,000: 1. This rate is set to be the same for the entire exchange period.
Both cash and funds on cards are subject to exchange. The exchange when withdrawing money from the card occurs automatically at the accepted rate. Deposit holders will not have to write an application for the recalculation of funds in a new way. Some banks were able to rebuild instantly, and their customers could withdraw savings through ATMs in new currency starting from July 1, 2016
Instead of thousandth bills, the following are introduced into circulation:
How the denomination works
Denomination is the enlargement of the country's currency. As of June 1, 2016, more than 97% of the amount and 60% of all banknotes in circulation with the population in the form of cash were withdrawn.
Monetary reform is a measure that the economy of the Republic needed 8-9 years ago. Hyperinflation has made every first inhabitant of the country a millionaire. At the same time, bills of really high value were extremely rare. The Belarusians had to carry a real money bag with them, while the coins went out of circulation altogether. Because of this, the Belarusian banknote became known as one of the strangest currencies in Europe.
Consolidation is a purely technical undertaking. It does not affect the inflation rate, wages, the amount of debt, the exchanger works automatically. The same cannot be said about special maintenance and accounting programs, such as 1C. With the introduction of kopecks, it became necessary to switch to new configurations; it will be necessary not only to finalize the form, but also to update the metadata. This can be done independently according to the instructions if the simplest accounting system is used. In other cases, the help of specialists is needed.
The denomination in Belarus began not only 8 years later than the due account, but also under very strange circumstances. The National Bank officially admitted that the first batch of new money with a spelling error ("pyatsyatsyat" instead of "pyatsyatsyat") and is worth a facsimile of the former head central bank Belarus. The fact is that the bills were printed back in 2008, since then the country has undergone a change in the leadership of the National Bank and a reform of the language. And since they printed a decent amount of banknotes, they did not change anything.
The design of the new banknotes, although imbued with pride in national places, was developed by EU artists. Many note the fact that the new Belarusian ruble is similar to the euro. It is noteworthy that money was also printed abroad, in particular in Great Britain.
Where can you exchange old money for new ones, and until what time can the exchange be carried out
Most of the old banknotes were changed in 2017, but up to 7 requests are still received every day to exchange old Belarusian money for new ones. RB approved following dates and places where it is still possible to change the old den. signs:
- 01.2018–31.12.2019, inclusive: exchange only on the territory of the Republic of Belarus. You will receive banknotes of the 2009 sample at the National Bank, banking and parabank credit institutions.
- 01.2020–31.12.2021, inclusive: only in the National Bank of the Republic.
On January 1, 2022, 2000 bills were officially invalidated. The population of Belarus, as well as citizens of other countries who still have that kind of money, have 5 years.
Most of those who have not changed their old money at the moment, or holders of notes with a denomination of 50 rubles. (at the devaluation rate, there is simply nothing to exchange such money for in a single amount) or with a face value of 100,000 rubles. and more. It is likely that after a while, large denomination banknotes will interest collectors. Already, there are advertisements on the network selling them for the n-amount in dollars. Enterprising "millionaires" should keep in mind that numismatists will be interested in copies preserved in good shape, as well as a rare series.
Rare and expensive modern Belarusian banknotes
It may not always be profitable to exchange old Belarusian money for new ones. For those who do not understand bonistics, below is a list of banknotes, for which collectors are already ready to pay you a tidy sum of money.
Rare series banknotes:
- RUB 50 2000 series Lo;
- RUB 100 2000 TV series;
- RUB 100 2000 TB series;
- RUB 500 2000 Pl series;
- RUB 1,000 2000 series VZ;
- RUB 1,000 2000 NG series.
Defective banknotes are also of interest. For example, a paper jam during printing. It is very difficult to find them, but if you succeed, you will get 10 times their real face value.
Denomination 2016 - sip fresh air in the economy of Belarus. It is difficult to say whether the decision was correct, to postpone the deadline by as much as 8 years. Reforms are always difficult, since any violation of the usual way of life, especially concerning the financial well-being of the population, is a period of denial, a rampant of fraudulent schemes. But in conditions of hyperinflation, this is the only tool that can save the country from default.
We will tell you what currency is now used in Belarus and why it is called "bunnies". Let us dwell separately on exchangers and the current exchange rate.
In Belarus, their own rubles are in use. They are similar to the Russian ones only in name, and the locals often call them "bunnies". Where did this diminutive name come from, and what is this currency remarkable for? Let's start from afar.
Since 1 2016, the ISO code of the Belarusian ruble is BYN (before that it was BYR). To determine the exact exchange rate against the Russian ruble, euro or dollar, use a special calculator.
A brief background for the most meticulous
The Belarusian currency is relatively young. Until 1991, only Soviet rubles were used in the country, but with the collapse of the USSR, the question arose about the need to create their own banknotes. The fact is that in comparison with the rest of the Soviet Union, Belarus had the lowest prices for food products, and in order to prevent their massive export by foreigners, the government introduced special coupons for goods.
At first, coupons were used along with Soviet rubles, and at the end of 1992, the country switched to settlement tickets, the rate of which was equal to 10 Soviet rubles. New itself National currency at this time lay on electronic accounts and waited in the wings.
Some public figures first suggested to name the means of payment "thaler" - in honor of an old German coin. They even developed sketches of banknotes and coins ("pennies"). However, in the end, such a name was supported only by the poet Nil Gilevich, while the majority supported the more familiar name - “Belarusian ruble” or “ruble”.
Since mid-1993, Soviet money gradually began to be withdrawn from circulation, and in 1994 the local ruble acquired the status of the only legal remedy for making payments on the territory of an independent state.
Where did those "bunnies" come from?
In order to move away from the political theme as much as possible, it was decided to use neutral images for the design of banknotes. Thus, a variety of animals appeared on banknotes: bison, bear, squirrel, lynx, elk, wolves, beavers and the notorious hare, thanks to which people began to call new money "bunnies" (hare = 1 ruble).
Animals decorated banknotes up to 100 rubles. But on larger banknotes there are images of architectural monuments.
On the banknotes of the new design (modification of 2011), animals are no longer there; instead, images on the banknotes are dedicated to different regions of the country. Nevertheless, the Belarusians still call local money "bunnies" out of habit.
Denominations and modern course
The currency of Belarus has gone through difficult times. If in 1992-1994. one local ruble could be purchased for 10 Soviet rubles, then in subsequent years its exchange rate began to fall steadily under the influence of inflation.
In 1994, the Bank of Belarus carried out the first denomination of its currency 10 times. Six years later, another denomination was required - this time 1000 times! And on July 1, 2016, the denomination took place 10,000 times, and for the first time coins with a denomination of 1 kopeck to 2 rubles appeared in everyday life. Earlier, only commemorative coins were issued in the country.
Where is the best place to exchange Russian rubles for local ones
Since the Belarusian ruble is a non-convertible currency, it cannot be bought outside the republic. But within the country, any currency can be freely exchanged for the national one. This can be done at exchange offices located at airports, bus stations, hotels and large shopping centers.
A passport may be required for the exchange procedure. The receipts and checks received during the exchange should be kept: they will be required when leaving the country.
Within six months, Belarusian rubles of the 2000 model will be withdrawn from circulation and will lose their ability to pay, but will they remain valuable for collecting? And in general, does it have any value? What are the rarest bills?
About it site talked to the bonist Valery Blotsky.
Valery has been collecting banknotes since 2012, but, he says, without fanaticism. He likes to keep tables that contain all the information about rare Belarusian banknotes ah: when they appeared, how much they were offered for at auctions and for how much they eventually sold. The work is voluminous and complex - this is such a hobby.
Viewing all the banknotes in everyday life has already become a habit for him. At home, Valeriy has an ultraviolet lamp to see the ultraviolet protection of the banknote or to check if it has been processed, for example, with chemicals.
Starting a conversation with a title Belarusian money... These are not rubles and not banknotes or banknotes, as we used to call them, but tickets - by the way, it is written on them. Each ticket has a series and number. Collectors collect tickets mainly by series.
From 1992 to 1999, 274 series of all the money that were circulating at that time were issued, but even in one series there may be two types of banknotes, which may differ, for example, in the design of the watermark. In total, in 1992-1999, 300 types of banknotes were issued.
Collectors are more often interested in banknotes of the 2000 model - 393 series of them were issued, and taking into account the varieties - 430.
For collecting, it is important to have at least one copy from each series, and bonists strive to get this copy in perfect condition.
The "latest" series, samples and beautiful numbers are appreciated
The value of banknotes depends on their quantity (at auctions, in circulation) and their condition. The last series are considered the most valuable. What does the latter mean? Suppose Belarus orders the printing of 30 million banknotes, they are printed, dividing them into three series of 10 million copies each. But since a marriage is possible during printing, and the agreed circulation must be released in full, an additional fourth series is produced, where the missing quantity is obtained - this is the last series, in which, of course, there will be less than 10 million copies.
Samples of banknotes are of particular value - these are very rare, because they practically do not go beyond banks. Due to its rarity, a sample can cost about $ 1,000.
“In Transnistria, for example, you can freely buy samples, but here they are purely for official purposes. They are in bank branches, only the head of the branch has access to them. But there are also amusing cases. Once, during an excursion of a foreign delegation to the National Bank, at the request of one of these representatives, a high-ranking official of the National Bank brought four samples of Belarusian banknotes and presented them to this person. Thanks to this they got to the market ”,- says Valery.
In 2014, in Belarus, a record sale of a 5000 ruble note of a rare AG series was reported, and it was reported that it was sold twice, allegedly the first buyer later resold it for a higher price.
In fact, Valery says, the bill was sold only once. The buyer did not buy it for the first time, although he won the auction on ay.by by offering $ 1,580. Later, the bill was placed at the Russian Hammer auction, from which it was sold for $ 2,092.
"This is, of course, savagery"- says Valery. In his opinion, the bill was not worth it. Moreover, at the time of the sale, it was the only known banknote from the AG series, but after this high-profile story, other copies were found - now 8 such notes are known. They tried to sell them, but to no avail. For one banknote, they offered 1396 dollars, but they never bought it back, says the bonist.
“The people who found them think that this is a super-rarity and they will cut a lot of money, - he says ... - In fact, they significantly exaggerate their value, set a minimum price of $ 1,000, but no one will give that kind of money for them anymore, so there are no normal passages. If they had made an initial bid with 1000 rubles and without the minimum price, then after the sensational auction, a real passage would have been recorded, but I think the price would have been no more than $ 100. "
In addition to the series, the condition of the banknote is of great importance - it must be perfect. The slightest defect reduces the price of the lot by an order of magnitude. But a common person and the collector perceives the ideal condition differently. The 50,000th note below seems new and perfect, but it isn't.
If you look closely, you can see an inflection, a slightly darkened corner and other minor flaws that “kill” the collectible value of the banknote.
Banknotes of the 50,000 mS series in perfect condition are rare, recently they were sold at an auction for 450 thousand rubles.
“For example, I don’t have it. It was first discovered in 2011, and this banknote ( in the photo above ... - site) was charged two days ago at an ATM ( the conversation took place in mid-June ... - site). This is surprising, because, in principle, they should have disappeared a long time ago, but it was removed in perfect condition, but, unfortunately, it was damaged, because I did not shoot it - I would have kept it in its original form ”,- says Valery.
Bills with beautiful numbers are also valued - the same numbers in the number, round numbers or the very first bills in a series (with the number 0000001). Recently, a banknote of 5000 rubles from the EB series with the first number was sold for $ 127, even though it was mint.
The first numbers and numbers 0123456 are considered the rarest, followed by numbers with the same digits, and then numbers ending in zeros, for example, 8000000.
A special find is the number 0000000, which is usually assigned to specimens.
“There are known two banknotes 1000 VA and 1000 VB, which were put into circulation with all zeros, but without the inscription“ SAMPLE ”. This is a marriage, because this should not be ",- explains the bonist.
Only all nines can be steeper than all zeros - 9999999, but no one has seen such banknotes yet. They are believed to be confiscated, as are banknotes with all zeros.
Marriage and mistakes
“They are very valuable, because this, in principle, should not be - so many people, so many eyes see it all, seize and destroy. Belarusian money was considered one of the most reliable in terms of the number of marriages, but thanks to the hype after 5000 AG, people began to pay attention, and a huge amount of marriage was found. It is no longer possible to say that Belarusian money is distinguished by a small number of defective banknotes ”.
The photo below is the highlight of Valery's collection. During printing, the bill broke and bent, as a result, a fragment of the drawing of the other side was printed on one side. Only two banknotes with such a marriage are known in Belarus.
Sometimes the bills are wrinkled so that individual stripes are not printed at all, sometimes one layer of the pattern is not printed, the bills can also have different shades.
Showing defective banknotes, Valery actually makes riddles and asks to find a marriage on a particular banknote. It is difficult for an untrained person to do this, especially when you need to find something that is not there: for example, the absence of a series and number on a banknote.
Sometimes one digit may jump off the number, or the entire number will be printed twice, or bills will slide down, or two different numbers may be indicated on one banknote.
Also, the banknote may lack a protective strip, or the watermark slides under the drawing, although it should be on a white background. There is a known case when a red coating remains on the security thread, which is removed during printing.
Sometimes hack can be found at auctions, says Valery. Some banknotes are spoiled on purpose, by ironing a part of the drawing from one banknote to another, so that it looks like a marriage, and are sold to inexperienced collectors.
Often people fall into their hands with defective bills, but they do not pay attention to them or damage them by simply putting them in their wallets.
“The average person will look: some kind of hole or not printed, it’s strange, but then he will think that he needs to buy bread and give it back in the store. But in fact, this is a value that needs to be shown on the forum or to an experienced collector. In any case, it must be preserved. The more people pay attention to it, all the better», - Valery thinks.
There are also banknotes with errors, but since there are a lot of them, they are of no value.
One of the famous banknotes with errors is the 10-ruble banknote of the B series. AND- with a letter that is not in the Belarusian alphabet.
There is an error in the microtext “M AND RSKI ZAMAK ”, on the 100-thousandth bill at the Nesvizh Castle there are Orthodox crosses instead of the Radziwill eagles.
What will be appreciated after the denomination?
Banknotes issued since 2011, most likely, will never be of significant value, with the exception of six series of 115 - 20,000 Gx, 50,000 nS and gP, 100,000 sv and 200,000 be and ge, Valery believes.
“People have become more attentive, the number of those interested is increasing, and people have postponed even rare series in a huge amount - not in spines, but in packs (10 spines each)”,- he explained.
As soon as a lot of banknotes of the same, albeit rare, series appear, the price for them immediately drops significantly.
“Therefore, you need to invest very carefully. For example, there is a banknote of 500 rubles Che, which now costs about $ 150, you can buy two of them, and then another 10 pieces will appear, a person will gradually start selling them at an auction, and the price will drop to 50, or even less. "
Finding something worthwhile in the wallet, according to the bonist, is unlikely, since there will most likely already be imperfect copies. It is better to pay attention to the bills from the ATM, because there are more chances of getting a new, perfect bill. Also, banknotes in perfect condition are entered through exchange offices, postal and bank branches. However, the likelihood of withdrawing a rare series from an ATM is still less than finding an interesting defective one, says Valery.
After the denomination, in his opinion, collectors will continue to collect old money, because the new ones will have a very large denomination.
“Although, maybe this is only at the initial stage,- says the bonist. - Someone can put aside 500 rubles, and then in six months there will be a threefold devaluation - most likely, he will be very offended. "
Valery himself intends to collect a collection of new banknotes right away and not wait for the moment when the money becomes worthless.
Collecting rare coins, especially buying for big money, in his opinion, it makes no sense, because "The Chinese will print any" and will be thrown onto the market, devaluing all the others. It was for this reason that he began to pay less attention to collecting coins and subsequently switched to banknotes.
When planning a trip to Belarus, it will be useful to get acquainted with the peculiarities of the country's payment system. But this article contains valuable information on this topic, not only for guests of the Republic, but also for its inhabitants.
A bit of history
The Belarusian ruble is a relatively young national currency in Belarus. Its history of formation currency unit began in the first half of the 90s, when the Soviet Union collapsed, Belarus isolated itself, and the country needed its own money. Since 1992, there have been coupons in circulation, but payment transactions for cashless payments were carried out already in Belarusian rubles. In 1993, there were settlement tickets, and starting from the end of July of that year, Soviet rubles began to be withdrawn from the circulation of money.
Since 1994, the Belarusian ruble has rightfully acquired the status of the country's only currency.

Denominations
The formation of modern money in the country was long and, to some extent, thorny. Already in 1994, the Bank of Belarus carried out the first denomination of the ruble 10 times. In 2000, the currency underwent a second transformation in face value, but already 1000 times.
On July 1, 2016, the country's economy again required a denomination. The ratio was 1:10 000. An innovation was the fact that minting of state coins began at the same time.
The ratio of banknotes after the denomination in 2016 (the money of the Republic of Belarus of the new sample and the)
Commemorative coins
Previously, the Belarusian ruble did not have exchange units However, since 1996, the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus has been issuing commemorative coins, which are legal tender and represent a certain value for collectors. Such coins are minted from gold, silver or copper-nickel alloy on various topics.
Modern money of Belarus
Previously, the lack of coins distinguished Belarus from other countries. But this was done in order to save the state budget.
Now modern Belarusian rubles (abbreviated "Br") are represented by:
- in banknotes of 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 and 500 rubles;
- coins in denominations of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 50 kopecks, as well as in 1 and 2 rubles.
Moreover, 1 ruble is equal to 100 kopecks.
Both coins and paper notes are regulated by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.
I am looking for a currency exchange
For both guests and residents of the country, currency exchange is a sensitive and topical issue. Therefore, we further suggest that you familiarize yourself with the conversion features. Belarusian rubles.
At the entrance
Since the Belarusian currency is not freely convertible, it will not be possible to purchase it before entering the country.
Banks of Belarus can easily convert foreign money into national money. You can change the existing banknotes of other countries for Belarusian rubles at currency exchange offices. Such points are located in bank branches, shopping centers, markets, hotels. At airports and train stations, you can also convert cash, but the rate there is very unprofitable, so it is better not to change money without urgent need.
It is convenient to perform a quick analysis of the exchange rate using special online services that collect up-to-date information from the sites of local banks.
Ha note: usually the most favorable exchange rates are offered by medium and small banks.
On departure
Leaving Belarus, you should take care of transferring money into the currency of the country of arrival in advance. In doing so, it is better to be guided by the golden rule: do not put all your eggs in one basket. Namely: take a small part in cash, changing them in the exchanger for the most favorable rate, and transfer the rest to the card. Heading to the countries of the European Union, it is worth drawing up a card in euros, for all others - in US dollars. In this case, when paying, the conversion will be direct: the local currency will be converted to EUR or USD. But it is extremely unprofitable to pay with a ruble card abroad due to a double conversion: first from local currency- in euros or US dollars, and then in Belarusian rubles.
On the border
When making any payment transactions on the territory of Belarus, it is important not to forget to keep the knocked-out receipts, testifying to the transaction. Perhaps they will be checked at customs.
In addition, since 2013, a system for refunding value added tax (VAT) to foreign citizens for purchases made on the territory of Belarus when leaving it has been in effect. Such a system is called Tax Free, and about 50 countries are connected to it. It should be borne in mind that:
- it does not apply to residents of Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan;
- the price of goods must be subject to 20% VAT;
- the purchase amount must exceed 80 Belarusian rubles, while it must be made within 1 day in 1 store;
- refund amount - 12.5% of the purchase amount without commissions;
- when buying, you must have a passport and notify the seller of your intention to issue a “check for VAT refund” (hereinafter “Check”);
- the receipt must be marked with a note on the export of goods, with the original attached cashier's check and a copy of the Seller's Check;
