Terms. There is no commission for issuing a loan. Insurance is not mandatory; in case of refusal of insurance, the Bank increases the rate on the loan. You can lower your rate by depositing greater amount down payment. You can receive money under the refinancing program without providing a standard package of documents.
How to apply? You can submit an application at any office of the Bank, or leave a preliminary application on the Vozrozhdenie website. After receiving the package of documents, the Bank considers the application within 1 hour to 5 working days.
